Aaron is awesome to work with - easy going yet still drives you to be your best. He's very knowledgeable when it comes to weight loss and /or building muscle. He helped me lose 50 lb and counting. More...

Q&As

Everyone I work with gets an individual assessment that covers your training and injury history, nutrition, goals, performance tests and movement quality. I work with clients in both a one-on-one and semi-private format (working alongside 2-4 people with an individualized program).

Whether you want to lose weight, lose fat and fit into those skinny jeans, increase strength, increase energy and vitality, relieve pain, improve your flexibility and mobility, or compete at your highest level, I will motivate and inspire you to accomplish your goals.

I really love helping my clients achieve health and vitality through my simple approach. There's a lot of misinformation out there and I do my best to simplify and cut through the B.S.

If we do the right things, do them well, and do them consistently, then achieving your goals is all but a matter of time.

I specialize in strength training, body transformation, Olympic Weightlifting, fat loss, nutrition, and injury prevention.

No matter if you're a competitive athlete or someone who just wants to move, look and feel better, I can help.

I love helping people realize a health and fitness goal as so much more happens for them outside the gym.

It's so empowering to take control over your health and physique. My clients exude confidence in and out of the gym.

I quit my corporate job of nine years to do what I really love: help others become their best selves.

I’ve had a passion for health and fitness from a young age. Me and my bro would read our Dad’s old school bodybuilding magazines and crush push-ups and curls in the basement (curls for the girls, right?).

Life happened and I ended up working for a consulting engineering firm as a electrical designer. Pretty much what you’d expect from a half Korean, half white boy, right? It was a great job for a great company, but it wasn’t how I wanted to spend the next 30+ years of my life.

I’d remained passionate about fitness all along and was even training to qualify for the nationals in Olympic weightlifting. Then, I discovered I had a hole in my articular cartilage and would require surgery with a recovery time of 18-24 months. That meant saying goodbye to my uber competitive aspirations.

#Firstworldproblem. But, I still fell into depression. I’d always identified as an athlete. Now, that was gone (or so I thought). Lying in bed all day for six weeks post-surgery was brutal. The rehab process was long and grueling. But, in time, I managed to rebuild my body and now, I’m stronger than ever!

Along the way, I trained with some of the world’s best coaches. Now, it’s my privilege to pass that knowledge on to you.

You get to try my training out for free to see if we would be a good fit to work together.

No pressure at all. Let's do this!
