The staff here is INCREDIBLE!!! They make you feel so welcome, for many it feel like I'm hanging out with friends when I'm there, I love it! This changed my life, literally. I’ve been a concert pianist for almost 20 years, and I’m majoring in piano performance in college. I came into Foundation Chiropractic with chronic and severe shoulder pain that I’ve been experiencing for longer than I can remember. As a pianist, I need my wrists, arms and shoulders working at their best. After just a week of regular appointments, my pain was completely gone. As a continues with treatments, occasional flare-ups were less frequent, and I could tell my posture was improving a lot. I love the staff and the office space, everything is always kept clean, and the staff are so sweet and helpful, they feel like close friends to me now. Thanksgiving weekend I was diagnosed with influenza and found out the little one I was expecting had passed. After 48 hours on meds I delivered and then hours later had to have a DNC. After coming home to recover and cry my eyes out, I started having a shooting pain in my right shoulder and lower back. Then I fell. It was the weekend so I was terrified of being in any more pain. I was so unbelievably grateful to have a chiropractor who answers his phone and was a saint to get me in on a Saturday. The staff is amazing ! I have personally received treatment here and saw results so fast and was back to better than normal in 4 sessions. I brought my wife here when she was having neck pain and I prepaid for 10 visits and she was unable to go through the treatment due to her iron levels being so low so we needed to fix that issue first but in the mean time they refunded all the visits she didn’t use and we will most definitely have her back when her levels get back to normal and she can more comfortably get the chiropractic treatment she needs. Jeff Brown is great! I have scoliosis. X-rays were taken and we had an extensive discussion about my needed rehab. The facility provides much more than just being worked on by the chiropractor. They have all sorts of different machines for exercises, massage and traction. It is like going to PT rehab with the benefit of a chiropractor and masseuse. All of the staff are really nice too. I had an experience last week where I had tweaked my neck after a fun filled day at Lagoon and I just could not get rid of the pain. I called Foundation Chiropractic and did not realize that I called during hours that the office was not open. Dr. Brown happened to be there doing paperwork and got my message and called me immediately. Although the office was closed he got me in right away and helped me feel so much better. After that I set up a time to start coming on a regular basis. I came in because I suffer from back pain due to an old injury and years of bad posture. They say that my problems can be fixed in 3 months, so I'm taking them up on their offer and will update my review after I finish. I am one month in on my treatment plan and I asked for an x-ray to see if we're doing everything correctly and if there's anything else I can do to avoid future problems. The staff is very friendly, the doctors are knowledgeable, and everything is flexible (according to my availability and personal preference). The only reason I do not give them 5 stars right away, is because their promise seems too good to be true and the treatments seem much too simple and care-free. Dr. Brown and his staff are absolutely amazing! I am a dental hygienist and went in with neck and upper back pain. I had been to multiple chiropractors and most of them would just do a quick adjustment and send me on my way.
