While Forza is a small gym, but it’s exactly what you need to get personal attention and see results. They offer a small group HIIT class (I’ve taken classes with Amanda) which focus on proper form while working all core muscle groups. It’s an hour long of non-stop movement but since it’s also a small group (6-10 people), it is still tons of fun and very sociable. I’d highly recommend trying a class, first one’s free! More...

Yeah there's a ton of fitness studios in the city but in all sincerity non compare to the atmosphere you get at Forza. Everyone is super enjoyable to be around and all the trainers have a different specialty. It's great because you can work with the trainer who will get you the best results while socializing with the trainer who you get along with the best. The trainers work as a team so they don't mind if you so this. Really great personal training space where only the top fitness pros in the city work. More...
