Wonderful local florist. I am from out of town and ordered flowers to go to the hospital for my sister. I did not realize there were multiple locations in the area and had put the wrong hospital and the wrong address. No problem! They fixed the address for me and delivered to the correct location, delivered within a couple of hours and provided a delivery confirmation. Oh and, the flowers were gorgeous and she loved them. Superb customer service!!! This place is amazing, they have some of the best type of flowers, arranged in a beautiful way. I had placed an order but had to change the address and get it delivered by 1pm, I must have called them like 3 times and every time the person answering my call was very patient and helpful in ensuring that the flowers got delivered to the changed address and on time. My sister sent me flowers from Florida today. I wasn't home. Not only did Mike call me, but he waited for me to get back from around the corner and handed them to me with a smile. They're beautiful, and I appreciated the great customer service also! I received other flowers later today from a different company. They didn't call, they stuffed them in my front porch planter in 92 degree weather, tied in paper with no vase or no water! So that just made me appreciate my first arrangement even more!! Best customer service and beautiful flowers too. I called for a surprise delivery to my girlfriend at her new job. The delivery did not get to her because the front desk did not recognize her name. Flowers of Charlotte called me I was able to quickly provide a phone number for her and they were able to get her the delivery back to her right away. When my flowers missed the deadline for the delivery drivers for the day (due to not being able to verify room number because of an error on the hospital's end of things), Andrew with Flowers of Charlotte was persistent in following up with the hospital until it was straightened out. I order Sunflowers for my wife yesterday at 6:48 PM and they was delivered this Morning at 8:31 AM to our apartment. I am very impress with the speed of the delivery. I was worried about them finding our apartments because they are new and the address is not on google maps. So I left delivery notes and I think that help them find it. I just picked what I wanted online, and put my card info in online and where I wanted it delivered to and the flowers were delivered in such a timely fashion! The first order I placed my boss was in the hospital on a Saturday and I couldn’t find any florists open over the weekend, when I found Flowers of Charlotte I was a little weary about how easy the process was and thought it was too good to be true... but it was delivered within just a few hours! They credited me with a full refund. —————————————————————————-Original Review is below:I ordered flowers from this florist to be delivered in 3 weeks. The delivery service they use delivered them two weeks early and spelled the name on the note wrong. When I called Flowers of Charlotte they said talk to the delivery company and that there is nothing they can do. The delivery company said all they can do is take the flowers back from the recipient and redeliver them in 2 weeks. Now I have no flowers to send on her special day and/or no refund for the mistake. I called the shop on a Saturday afternoon for a delivery the next day on Sunday.. Not only was that not a problem, they were the only flower shop open on saturday afternoon at 2pm in Charlotte. I spoke with Matt several times before I placed my order and I can’t say enough good things about him. He was so kind and helpful and made me feel as if he had nothing else to do but help me. You don’t find that today in customer service. He was so considerate and helpful. When the arrangement arrived the next day at the time we had agreed on, it looked exactly, if not better, than what was pictured online. This spray was displayed beside our loved one who had passed away, at the service along with one other one. It was beautiful.
