I just bought a new House and needed quality flooring. I went to The Flooring Outlet Center and I was impressed by the large selection and colors for the flooring I was interested in at a reasonable price. The Flooring Center was highly recommended by another satisfied customer. The staff that installed the floors were courteous and sensitive to my schedule. I highly recommend The Flooring Center in New Smyrna Beach. Belen was extremely helpful with my carpet selection. She provided samples to take home with no pressure. Once I made my selection, I returned to the store. Belen came to my home to measure that same afternoon, the Karastan carpet was ordered and professionally installed in less than a week. There is no reason to go anywhere else.  We like to shop local and recently we got several estimates on carpeting, one from Home Depot and a couple of locally owned business.  We went with the flooring center because Gene was able to explain the differences in choices in materials, style, weight, padding, etc.  He gave us honest feedback based on what we told him about the traffic patterns in our home.  We felt more at ease with him than any of the other companies.  Gene gave us an estimate via email as promised.  We sat on it for a couple of days and then gave him the go ahead.  I wanted to get it in prior to guests arriving, he said it may take up to 2 weeks; however 3 days later they called to set the appointment, and had it in within the week.Rob & Greg were our installers.  We were VERY happy with their professionalism.  Both rooms we carpeted required seams; If I wasn't standing right there, I would never have been able to see where they seamed the carpet.  They did an EXCELLENT job and we definitely will use them when we are ready to carpet our last room.
