BEWARE!!! This woman has no heart! She basically stole almost $450 of my hard earned money during COVID-19 pandemic! We rented her items over 3 months in advance before my mother's 80th birthday party and once the pandemic hit, we were forced to cancel approximately 2 months before the event was scheduled. When we contacted her, she refused to issue a refund. Even after the entire world closed down and all events were banned, she still refused to issue a refund!! Imagine, this was for an 80 year old who was traveling out of the country to have her birthday party in Orlando. Cendy has yet to provide us with any service or product as the event could not happen even if we wanted to proceed. I must add that she was the ONLY vendor, out of all vendors including photographer, VENUE, videographer, musician, and caterer who was not decent enough to issue a refund. Definitely shows the type of person she is. I would NEVER refer her to a soul or use her business again!! Do yourself a favor and get a "flawless' event from elsewhere!! 0 stars. More...

One of the best things I decided to do for our wedding was book with Perfectly Flawless Affairs. Willene, Manisha and their team are flawless! I was overwhelmed being in school and planning a wedding but they covered everything from start to finish. I had my wedding at a public park so I needed help with setup and decor and they went above and beyond. My other vendors absolutely adored them as well. My favorite thing about them is their down to earth personality and the relationships we have created. They didn't just feel like a vendor at our wedding, they felt like family.
