The law firm I work for moved from a difficult to navigate set of offices, which included a set of wooden outside stairs. Marco and his crew went above and beyond to accommodate us, including a Sunday load-up and Monday offload . Marco even retrieved several very heavy, unwieldy antiques from a separate storage unit. He stayed onsite for the majority of both days, and when it became necessary to return a third time to move an extremely heavy piece, he did not hesitate.Marco was responsive, easy to work with, and his crews are hardworking and easy to interact with. Like their name suggests, they gave us a flat, affordable rate for our recent move. As for our overall moving experience, it was great! They definitely took the time to transport our valuables with care. Our things were separated in the moving truck, covered, and secured so they wouldn’t shift around while the movers were driving. Once we arrived to the new home, the movers brought in our things in the order we specified. That means they listened to our direction. These guys were great! They worked fast and efficiently, yet were friendly and personable. So much of the time when folks work fast they don't take any time to interact or listen to the needs of the customer. The staff we had took time to work with us on our needs. I was moving from Spring TX to Frisco TX, so they came all the way from San Antonio for the job. We at Adorable Mutts Animal Rescue would like to extend our gratitude to Flat Rate Movers for moving donated clothes bundles (approximately 1600 lbs. ) from Laredo to Houston. Flat Rate Movers did this out of their goodness of their hearts and Marcos, the owner, declined any retribution for not only the distance (gas money) but also for his and his workers’ time. My move went quite well. To begin, the movers were slightly late. But I must say, I was very impressed that they called to announce they would be late and apologized profusely. Upon arrival, I found the two young men to be knowledgeable and efficient. I thought we'd have to make more than one trip, but they were meticulous in loading and managed to load all in one run, with room left to spare. When we arrived at my new home, they were extremely accommodating. They did everything that I asked them to and moved everything that I asked them. OMG you must call this company!So I moved last week, but I only just now got internet access at my new place and I just could not forget this company. I needed movers to unload a 26 foot moving truck full of furniture and household items that was full to the brim. Our move was especially stressful because my husband had surgery just 2 days before our planned move. That took him completely out of commission and I was forced to do the moving with my teens and their friends alone. It took forever to get the truck packed in the city we lived in so to unload I decided to hire some movers. I called Flat Rate Movers because they came up on the search for the town I was moving to. I called in a panic just a day and a half before my move asking if they could assist me. I spoke to a woman named Mindy who was wonderful. She was very nice assuring me that they could indeed help me even though it was short notice. I was elated. She explained that they had a job before mine, but would show up at around 2. Well they didn't because the move went longer than expected...it happens and I understood but as time started ticking by I began to worry. What if they didn't show up. What if they flaked. It was me and 4 teenagers and we were all exhausted. It had taken us hours and hours just to load the truck. I called Mindy who immediately contacted the movers who then contacted me and very soon after they arrived. Three guys showed up. I was happy to see them. I was concerned that after such a long move they may be tired and might perhaps drag their feet in getting my move done. I had contracted them for 2 hours, but figured I would probably need them for 3. Well don't you know that in less than 1:15 mins they had already unloaded everything and set up the things I had requested!!!! I couldn't believe how amazing these men were. They were fast and strong and you wouldn't have know that to look at them necessarily. All I can say is wow what a great company!!! Use these guys they are worth the money trust me!!! I will be moving again within a year and I can tell you that it is a no brainer for me I will absolutely use flat rate movers!!!! :D More...

These guys helped me out last month. I had two movers come to my home who were both very courteous, speedy and took great care of my posessions. The whole process was quick and simple from start to finish. They even went the extra mile and helped me dissasemble/reassemble various items, helped me pack a few things along the way and even moved a large closet full of hanging clothes. Highly reccomend!
