Flagship Limousine

Can't say enough about the customer service, communication and professionalism.  My elderly parents and their friends were scheduled to take a cruise on America Cruise Lines and realized they would be getting into New Orleans during the height of Mardi Gras. I was worried because they aren't seasoned travelers and my mom needs wheelchair assistance.  I called Flagship, explained the situation and they were so accommodating. They didn't price gouge even though it was a pickup during a very busy Mardi Gras. They sent a confirmation to me the day before with the drivers name and cell number. I contacted him (Roger) with a question he responded very quickly. My parents were due to arrive today in New Orleans. I had not heard if they made it or if they found the driver.  About an hour ago I got an email from Roger  that they were on the ship safely! Thank you!!! More...

Can't say enough good things about Al and his service. As a native, Al was able to not only fill us in on interesting details we would have missed otherwise, but even went so far as to book dinner reservations where we received VVIP dining service due to his contacts! Car arrived promptly, took us on the tour we had booked AND added a bunch of other interesting stops that we hadn't planned on. We managed to see everything we wanted to see in just one day. Our hotel booked Flagship for a tour of the New Orleans.  I asked them to find someone who would give us the best tour as it was for my adult kids (my wife and I used to live in New Orleans and frequent the city to this day, but wanted them to have the opportunity for a really good tour not just our favorite haunts).  Flagship sent out Al Hebron and the tour was fantastic.  He gave a lot of the history of New Orleans (as well his personal history of New Orleans which was far more interesting and entertaining than a straight on historical perspective).  We had a lot of overlap in experiences but his knowledge of "what was" and "what is", and how things moved from the past to the present was phenomenal.  We got a very realistic perspective from a true New Orleanian (I didn't use the term "y'at") about what transpired before, during and post Katrina, a perfect tour of the best/most interesting Cemetery, Uptown, Garden District, Lakeview, the Marigny, Bywater and Treme. We talked restaurants, bars, music et al..  I told some friends who were locals about the entirety of the Tour and they fully intend to use Al when they have out of town company given the breadth and scope of what we saw in a short period by a person who knows every aspect of the City.  It could not have been better and I guarantee that I will contact Al again (and again and again) as we bring different people to New Orleans.  THANK YOU AL.
