For nearly 16 years, I’ve been dealing with chronic pain issues and a compromised spine due to scoliosis. I’ve tried my best over the years to stay active, but unfortunately over time without the proper exercise, my back pain became almost umbearable. A co-worker suggested I meet with Fitz to see what he suggested for getting my back into shape. I was thrilled to hear that after going through back surgery himself, Fitz had been able to regain strength and become pain free by doing the correct excercises to build his core. It’s only been a little over a month and a half since I started training with him and I’ve already noticed a huge difference. Not only have I lost weight, but my pain has greatly diminished in my back and hips. My posture is also infinitely better.
