Absolutely amazing! I have been going for a month now. I used to have a personal trainer at LA Fitness and I went to Youfit. Then I found FITSPACE on Groupon. I bought the Groupon (5x classes) and extended to a monthly membership. Teachers are always here for you to do your best - they are focusing on each individuals. If you can’t do one of the exercice they will give you another exercice that works the same muscles. I like all the classes but my favorite are Sherry’s classes. Her Pilates and total body classes are simply amazing! She is always on top, making sure everyone is good and she has a great positive attitude and energy. Absolutely loved this studio. I am relocating the the DC area and was wishing there was one near me! Clients and Instructors were so helpful and genuinely kind.
