My wife and I have been clients for two plus years, and Adam Brown, our trainer, is top notch. Adam is the perfect balance of knowledge, inspiration, coach, and mentor. If you like a trainer that is authentic, can provide great real life examples of fitness and diet, and genuinely cares about your well being, then Adam at Fitness Revolution is your guy. I also appreciate that Adam is a fitness buff, not a meat head. Our high intensity training sessions kick our butts in the best possible of ways, but never feel "routine." I'm also a fan of Adam's presence on social media, in that he is constantly posting videos of fitness routines, his take on diet, and even his series of videos on how to maintain fitness levels when traveling are soooo helpful. FR is more than a place to work out, it helps you build a fun, healthy, and active lifestyle! There is literally no other facility/program like this in the area. I have never had a better workout than when i am at FR, and I say that every single time I leave there. There is a great group atmosphere which you will quickly see is an amazing support system, and pushes you to be better. The trainers are second to none, they are not only the best at what they do, but they truly care about people. The trainers are so motivating, and even when I am tired, they know how to motivate and energize you to be excited about the next round! This gym is unfortunately not close to my location however every time I go is VERY worth the commute. Dan is a wonderful trainer, knows immediately what you need to be doing & helps you reach your fitness goals in a very positive & humorous way.
