I've only been coming for a few days with my sister but I really like it so much better than my old gym. There's no weirdos staring at you while you try to do your own thing everyone is here to workout. Staff is nice, one man i didn't catch his name but he helped me with a few things cause he seen I was confused. I really like it here and as long as I'm in Spokane I'll be coming here. Great machines for every exercise if your trying to make gains. Always clean. Bathrooms and showers clean and nice. Always experienced lifters here that will help you out if just starting. I love this gym! It is secluded and private. Everyone is friendly and the child care staff are amazing. Wish it had a sauna but other than that I love coming here everyday I would recommend this gym to everyone .

This is the best gym in Spokane. Almost 20k sq ft of every type of equipment you can imagine. Probably biggest selection in all of Washington. The owner's Lance and Brenda Anders are 2 of the nicest most down to earth people you've ever met. Bryan they're operations manager will help you with anything you need. Together all 3 have 100 plus year's of combined experience to help anyone who is looking to get into the best shape of their life no matter you're age or experience.
