One of the best gym classes I've been to!! Amazing trainers and a really good facility. Smaller class groups help in getting on one attention from the trainers, leading to a good workout!

The trainers encourage you throughout workouts. Danny has set aside time to talk about setting goals. I have been going for about 4 1/2 years. I have lost 17 1bs since I have started. I did not do the challenge but my husband did. He lost 22 lbs in the challenge. More...

Coming from no workout background throughout my life to looking forward for aa workout each day was something I experienced when a joined Fitness and Motion. Compare to other gyms n fitness classes the trainers here are great, they do provide you personal attention even when you are working out in groups. I've only been working out here for about a month, mostly personal training, but here's what I love most about it so far: It's a small gym, where you get lots of personal attention. The owner, Danny, is so supportive and motivating. If you do a challenge with him, he will send you emails, videos, Facebook updates... all to keep you on track. The trainers will bust your butt, and you will thank them for it! Bonus: A diverse crowd works out here, which I really like and appreciate. Definitely recommend FitMo! More...

I came across Fitness and Motion on Facebook.. thought hum this sounds interesting. I went to the initial meeting and was motivated by trainers and there stories. I have never been one to stay Motivated in the weight loss process. Danny and his team kept me motivated till the end of the Challenge. I am so grateful for that. What amazing motivation! I just finished the 6 week 20lb challenge and lost over 23lbs!!! I've struggled for years to keep my weight down. Tried several "fad" diets and other expensive weight loss programs but nothing has stuck like this. The staff at fitmo are so encouraging and the "fitmo family" is amazing, everyone wants you to succeed. They give you all the tools you need to be successful at changing your life for good. I started the Fitness and Motion 6 week challenge with high hopes and I was not disappointed! I had been sedentary for a long period of time with a few random bouts of fitness only to fall back into my old habits. I was ready for what Fitness and Motion had to offer which included accountability,encouragement, a plan and plenty of good solid hard workouts. I was a little reluctant as the first workout but the staff encouraged me to do my best and keep at it and promised I would see results! I was border line diabetic and on my way to medication and life long health problems that come with it. After 3 short weeks at Fitness and Motion I had my blood work done and was headed to a doctor visit which I had dreaded in the past. My doctor was thrilled and high fives me as she came in the exam room. She asks if I am just here to show off my weight loss! My labs were excellent by the way. Diabetes train had been derailed! I lost 24 lbs my first challenge, gained a lot of lost confidence and derailed diabetes. I am on my way to permanent lifestyle changes and many more challenges. Thank you Fitness and Motion! More...

Six weeks ago, I was a completely different person than I am today. Let me try to paint a picture of who I was just 42 days ago. I was always tired, had frequent headaches, and frustrated beyond belief every time I would have to go to the store to buy a larger size pants. When I looked into the mirror, what I felt inside did not match the reflection that stared back at me. I was disgusted with myself and wondered how I let myself go for so long.
I am a mom, a teacher, and a wife. I did not realize until now that my eating horrible eating habits and negative attitude affected everyone around me. I felt helpless. I felt hopeless. Then a friend of mine completed the six week challenge and lost 26 pounds. If she could do it, could I?
I attended the information session and I was inspired. But in my gut, I felt like I would fail like all of my other diets after 2 weeks. Despite that feeling, I signed up and weighed in that Saturday. I was floored by the number on the scale. But there was a saying on the wall that stopped me from crying- “Scales don’t lie, people do.” It was me and me alone that got me to where I was, but I knew that I would not be alone in my journey to lose 20 pounds.
I showed up to my first workout. I was nervous. Afterall, I had not been to a gym for many years. But I showed up with a winning attitude. That first workout was tough, but I was determined to not give up. I left feeling proud of myself and encouraged to go back.
And I did go back, day after day and week after week. My little boy and I would go to the grocery store together and pick out green veggies to try. It was exciting to watch him try brussel sprouts and asparagus, and like them! Every week I weighed in I was thrilled to see the numbers go down, down, down.
The final weigh in day was here. This time I was excited to see what the scale would tell me. “-22.2 pounds.” And this time I let the tears flow down my face. I did it. We did it.
Today, I am headache free, no longer take naps (well, every so often on the weekends), and happy with who I see in the mirror now. I still have more weight to lose, but for the first time ever, I am motivated to keep going. I am not kidding when I say that FitMo gave me my life back.

I found Fitness and Motion by accident. What a nice accident!!! I was looking to change my routine at my lunch time and invest the time working out with a personal trainer. I came to their office just casually to find out the different package and ended joining the 6 weeks challenge - 20 pounds. I must say best decision ever! The passion the couches and the owner are beyond words. They are really motivated and they share their love for fitness with all of their clients. I personally didn't have experience working out before and this place has teach me to love working out, I have learned so much about food and how strong my body really is. I found Fitness in Motion on a Facebook ad and it was the best decision of my life. I decided to do the 20lbs in 6 week challenge after meeting with the owner Danny. There is no gimmick, product or pressure to buy anything. Fitness in Motion has the most motivating and best trainers. On the plus side they give you a meal plan guideline that helps portion and eat better. I was able to loose 21 pounds in six weeks and I couldn't be more satisfied with the results and my hunger to continue. This place is more than AMAZING!
The challenge itself is a journey, it’s really all you focus on and it was a nice relief for me as life was throwing curve-balls and fast ones. The online group of challengers was awesome! It a private Facebook page of just challengers aka Fitmo family and you post all your meals and workout check-in’s for the challengers and trainer’s to see. Trainers can see what you eat, give you tips and tricks on food, we shared ideas for food prep and recipes. We supported each other on good days as well as bad because after all, who knows more of what you’re going though than another challenger. Right? We really became our own little online family but you see each other here and there in workout sessions which is fun.
I couldn’t be happier that decided to do this! I lost the 20 pounds, I learned to eat healthier and be prepared all day so that I didn’t slip up, my body got so much stronger, I sleep so amazing now, my shin is more radiant and I just feel healthier overall.
Just a huge thank you for allowing me to participate in the challenge, meet the fabulous Fitmo family kicking my butt in workouts and giving me that boost that was so badly needed to get me back in the game and ready to tackle the world I don’t want it to end! 

No words can describe how this place will change u, both mentally and physically. As long as you commit everything falls into place. Trust the process and you will suceed. I just finished the 6 weeks 20 pound challenge and I cannot say enough good things about Fitness and Motion and everything about it. I was tired of trying so many different things to lose weight and not sticking to it. I was tired of feeling bad and down about my body all the time so with the support of my boyfriend, family, and friends I decided to take this plunge. It was defintely hard at first passing up different foods and things at home and parties/ bbqs( esp not drinking) and STTP and going to the workouts everyday but after a week or two it started to become a little easier! Not easier actually I was just getting stronger I realized! Danny and his team of trainers Justin, Eric, Mika, and Lydia were so supportive and encouraging the whole journey. They pushed me to do things I never thought I could do and made it fun at the same time. I went from barely surviving burpees week 1 to killing them and wish a step up at the end in week 6. I challenged myself in a way I never knew I could overcome and I came out stronger, healthier, and happier because of it. I truly truly cannot thank Fitness and Motion and everyone there enough. You guys are amazing!! I lost 23.2 pounds, 5% body fat, and an inch off my hips!! I will defintely continue healthier eating habits and continue working towards my fitness goals! I just completed my 6 week challenge with FitMo. I had no idea what to expect from the trainers, the food plan, could I even do this. The trainers were awesome, learning about clean eating, and finding a community of ppl that cheered you on. It's been a great experience with this wonderful group of ppl. I just completed the 6 week, lose 5% body fat challenge. It's been a wonderful experience. I'm really glad that I decided to do something for myself and enroll in the challenge/program. I've learned so much about nutrition, proper serving size, and about myself. I DO have self control when it comes to food. I thought I had none (lol). I had to bypass Company events (ice-cream socials, free breakfast at Marriott, Leucadia pizza (my favorite), so at times sticking to the STTP eating guidelines was difficult, but so worth it. Danny, thank you for allowing us parents to bring our kids to class (couldn't have made it to as many classes without this). Thank you to the amazing coaches: Eric (for always pushing me), Mika (for correcting our forms), Justin (for making it fun), and Lydia (for the support). From Danny to the coaches, they all want you to succeed in your goal and with the FB support group of like minded challengers sharing recipes and struggles-- it really does motivate and inspire you to obtain that goal. I lost 8 Ibs & 3% body fat. I will definitely continue my journey of healthy eating & taking these kick ass classes for another 2 months. Thanks FitMo!! More...

I’ve never been a workout fan. Especially after the age of 50. Danny and his team of trainers are exceptional. They push you just enough, they are encouraging, upbeat and very positive. 40 minutes goes by so quickly when they make it fun! I feel better with the diet guide lines and I’m building strength. This is a grat place if you are ready to make a change in your life as far as your health and body. I recommend Fitness and Motion because they have down to earth trainers that will help you accomplish your goal. Thanks to Facebook I saw an ad about their challenge to lose 20 pounds. I will say that this is not for everybody and the rules might be a little too much but keep in mind at the end all it matters is that you reach the goal. The program is design to help you lose 20 LB in 6 weeks if you STTP, the fitmo friendly staff helped me to lose 28 LB and 6% body fat which is huge for short amount of time I couldn't do it without their coaching and daily workouts. Coaches are always available to help you regarding your diet plan and exercises. I just completed FITMO's 20 lbs in 6 weeks challenge and feel great! The meal plans and HIIT workout classes with the amazing instructors (Danny and Co. ) did the trick!! I lost 24.8 lbs, 7 inches off from my waist and reduced body fat from 31 to 24 percent. Couldn't be happier. Plus the meal plans have educated me on nutrition for life! Dear friends at Fitmo. This was an amazing experience for me and thank you for letting me to be part of this great journey that was called "6 weeks challenge". First of all I want to say that I loved everything about it.I loved the amount of attention that all the coaches were giving to each one of us, I liked how every one was caring about fellow challengers and all the support and motivation that was provided. One of the best things I did for myself is taking up 6 weeks challange at Fitness and Motion. I was struggling to loose my twin pregnancy weight untill I saw an add in facebook about 6 weeks challange. I just felt this is the one for me. I was little hesitant to take up the challange thinking that if I could handle this with 2 little babies and a preschooler at home. Yes, I had little tough time during the challange but it's all worth it. I wish I could give them more stars because they deserve it. They're that awesome!!! The highest step than Everlast is your own door step. Door step to get out and move your lazy body. I have fantastic gym in my apartment complex, however I'd rarely go there to watch cable TV. I realized once again, how important it is to have other to work with and be supported by professionals who won't give up on you. Unlike other places, there's no intimidation but full of fun and none stop core work out. Yes, it hurts...a lot in the beginning. But you make it through with others with same reason you are there for, A better life. Not only losing weight but they'll transform your life style. Eat and excerise habits will change the way you think and live. More energy and confidence as you take one step after another. It's awaken me to who I once was. I just completed the 6 weeks 20lbs challenge at Fitmo!! Its amazing how following the plan and working out for just 40 mins 5 days a week can give such amazing results, as they say it here "STTP" and you'll see the change! I cant remember the last time I looked and felt so fit!! This place has the best coaches, they are always motivating and keep you in the game. They are always watching out for correct form and make sure every exercise is performed correctly and safely.I really want to thank all the coaches Eric, Justin, Lydia, Mika and Danny for helping me lose 23lbs and 6" off my waste in just 6 weeks.Special thanks to Ricky for checking our meals and always making sure we are not missing or having too much or too less of anything!If you want to change your lifestyle and work towards healthy life, this is the place where you need to be. I just completed the 20lb challenge with Fitmo and lost 21.4lbs. Yay!  I had a much different story than most going into this challenge. I had already lost over 100lbs with diet but my physician & nutritionist kept pushing me to incorporate working out into my weigh loss journey. I had tried many trips to the gym and failed. I needed a kickstart and this challenge was exactly the perfect fit. The diet plan was in line with what I was already on with my nutritionist & physician and the HFIT workouts were exactly what my physician wanted me to do. Not only was it a perfect match but the facebook group and guidelines of the challenge held me accountable. What I thought were "annoying rules" in the beginning were what actually made me successful!!  Posting on my facebook timeline held me more accountable because everyone at work was cheering me on. I couldn't let anyone down now!! The science behind everything just makes sense. I now truly enjoy working out and can't wait to get more lean and fit. It's not just about losing weight but creating a new healthy lifestyle that involves working out. Fitness and Motion created something in me I never new I had. I wanted to thank FitMo with my journey. They asked why I wanted to do the 6 week challenge and my response was gain strength and weight. I accomplished both. One more addition location to this fabulous Gym. Now I have one close to my work and another one close to home, No more excuses. The coaches there are the best, they will become your Friends and Family too. I would like to thank my coaches, Endurance Erick, Strong Aurelie, Stamina Stephanie, Tall Tim, Fury Fahad and Daring Danny. They are not only Knowledgeable about workouts and food they also really care for you. You fell the +ve energy flowing there and you will really happy about burning calories.I have tried to stay fit and healthy for past 8 years, FITMO is the only place where it become reality. I highly encourage those people out there who enjoy group settings and like to workout with others and have fun and want to shed some fat, this is the place. All you need to do is listen to coaches. Sure, you can do it on your own, but if that was the case, you would have done it already, so why not try something new? I am sure you will thank me later. I just completed the 20 pounds in 6 week challenge.. I am so excited.. I lost 20.4 pounds. Danny and his team kept me motivated thru the whole process. I have never been one to stick to a weight loss program for very long, but with their motivation and encouragement I did it. I look better and feel so much better. Thank you so much Fitmo!! Danny and his team of coaches were very transparent with the processes and what was required for this challenge. Out of the class options available, I chose to keep the 5AM session for the entire 6 weeks, which seems daunting, but is really an awesome time slot for a workout! I really enjoyed the Fitmo classes and the workout gained every morning before work. This was an awesome way to start the day and get into a consistent meal routine. The meal plan was easy to follow, especially if you planned ahead for the week via meal prepping on Sunday nights. Although cardio was optional, for me it was required, as I really needed a hard kick after reaching a bit of a plateau into my fourth week, compared to a great start my first week. In the last two weeks of the challenge, I wasn’t sure if I was going to make it because to me I still had so much to lose. I started week 5 of the challenge by being 11 lbs short of my goal. For me this seemed overwhelming, but I did not give up, this only made me work harder. I STTP all the way, kicked my cardio into overdrive and with hard work and dedication to the process; I came out on top and successfully beat this challenge. My total loss was 21.4 lbs in 6 weeks. This challenge is one of the greatest things I’ve ever done, because it took a lot of hard work, consistency and effort on my part to see it through and beat it. I’m very grateful for the opportunity to have been a part of this challenge; therefore I have many thanks to the Fitmo coaches, team members, and other challengers. I just finished their 6 weeks 20 lbs challenge and without them, I would've never jump started my road to a better/healthier life!
