I am a Personal Trainer in the greater Houston Area. I work with a variety of clients to tailor our training sessions and his or her meal plan in the direction of reaching our set goal! Some of my priorities in training include challenging strength, stamina, achieving full range of motion, balance and coordination, and finally, consistency. As a trainer, I come from a background of formal dance training in ballet, modern, and jazz so that does have an influence in my discipline, repetition, body weight training and resistance challenges that are set for you.
