Through Fit4Baby's prenatal fitness classes, Stroller Strides, Body Back, and Our Village, women have the opportunity to have a workout and support that is flexible around motherhood.

I was hesitant to sign up for my first class with FIT4MOM and absolutely regretted waiting so long after I started!! This group of women sure do make a huge difference in my life and they don't even know it! Being new to the area with my little one and just needing that something to get me motivated about myself FIT4MOM has been all that and more! When I heard about FIT4MOM I was immediately intrigued. Then we went and I was in love! Not only do you get a great workout, you also engage and sing songs to your kids during class and meet new friends! It’s perfect! �

I started about 3 weeks ago and am completely addicted to this workout program. Our youngest son was born with a metabolic condition and cannot fast! If he were to get the stomach bug or flu, we go straight to the hospital and they start an IV! Thankfully we haven’t had to experience that but I’m hesitant to take him to a gym daycare! Fit 4 mom is perfect for us because I can take him with me and he enjoys it! It gets us out of the house and allows us to meet some new friends! The instructors are incredibly sweet and have children of their own! I see this becoming a part of our daily routine well into the future! It’s pretty fantastic! More...

Stroller Strides® is a functional, total-body conditioning workout designed for moms with kids in tow. Each 60-minute workout is comprised of strength training, cardio and core restoration, all while entertaining little ones with songs, activities and fun! Each Stroller Strides instructor is skilled to meet you where you are mentally and physically. You’ll leave class feeling connected, successful and energized! No more mama guilt! This class is all about self care in a supportive and encouraging environment.s.

Stroller Barre® is a 60-minute cardio and strength interval class designed to improve posture, stability, and mobility. The workout combines moves inspired by barre, ballet, Pilates, fitness, and yoga to help you regain your posture and alignment and strengthen your body from the inside out! Stroller Barre will help you reconnect with your body, increase flexibility and develop the core strength needed for motherhood.

FIT4BABY® is designed specifically for moms-to-be. All exercises are carefully selected to prepare your body for the many changes you will experience during pregnancy. You can begin FIT4BABY at any point during pregnancy as the workouts are scientifically- based, purposeful and designed to accommodate your changing body. The 60-minute workout includes cardio, strength, balance, and flexibility training and ends with a relaxing meditation; everything you need during this precious time!

Body Back® Transformation is an 8-week result based journey. You will focus on your mind and body improving your overall health and well being. The experience includes two 60-minute high-intensity interval workouts (HIIT) per week designed to challenge, empower, and recharge you. Additionally, pre and post fitness assessments are completed allowing you to see your progress and celebrate your accomplishments. Nutrition guidance is provided to educate and guide you toward healthy eating habits. The program also includes supplemental online workouts, accountability, and support. This eight-week journey will reconnect you to your inner strength and encourage you to believe in personal transformation.
