I have been working out with Fit4life all American location since they opened and before that while waiting for new location to open. I was a gym hopper as I was never able to find what I was looking for that was until I joined fit4life. I work out with cole and Sheena six times a month. It is awesome to have someone push you when you want to quit. I am asked often at work how am I toning up and I tell them at the best gym and with the best trainers. If I could give ten stars I would. Love my gym family. It’s great to be greeted by the front desk staff they know when you have a tough day and ask how you doing are ok. Small things missing to get to a fifth star include cameras on the parking lot (my vehicle was keyed in the parking lot), enough functioning carabiners for the cable equipment, better vacuuming/cleaning of the turf section, and fellow gym goers that understand how to put their weights and equipment away. The turnover of trainers has been frustrating for my wife but I can’t necessarily blame the gym for that. Ashley has been a fantastic trainer for me and I will continue to pay for training as long as she’s there. BEST GYM EVER . Great community. The Manager Karina helped me every step of the way. Very intelligent woman, she helped me with all my questions to the fullest . Great club with magnificent installations! Lots of room for free weights, tons of elliptical machines and treadmills, high energy spinning classes, full stocked health store and a really nice kids area.

This place is not bad for the price. The manager is really cool and love that it is not crowded. The most I've seen here at one time is approximately 10 people. I can only give it four stars because the space is tight and they can only fit certain number of machines. The place also has a children's area but it looks like it could use a little more TLC. I see many mothers bring their children there and they don't seem to mind. The location does not have a shower so keep that in mind. Several treadmills, one incline bench and one flat bench. More...

This is the best gym in town! After 30 years of using some of the best gyms that the US Army has to offer, I can easily say that Fit4Life of Cameron is by far one of the best facilities I have ever seen. Wonderful place with a large amount of equipment. It's hard to find room to workout on anything but a cardio machine during the busy hours, though, so I'd recommend finding the least busy times to work out.
