My husband and I have been attending this gym since 2015. There has always been some billing issues that they can’t seem to get together, but nothing that was left unresolved. Since we’ve been here for so long, we’ve seen different managers come and go, but lately it’s gone south. Seems like they’re caring too much about profit and less about customers. I’ve been charged 2x for what’s supposed to be an ANNUAL maintence fee. As much money as we pay a month we should ATLEAST feel welcomed and greeted when we walk in...NOPE. We say hello and how are you and nothing. WOW. Just plain rude. I like the old front desk people that were there better. Hope this management and their front desk employees get better because we’d hate to cancel when we could easily go on Fort Bragg and use he gyms there for free. We like the convienice, but they gotta get it together. Other regular gym goers have been telling us the same too, so I guess beware if you do decide to join at this time.

Not a good workout environment for those that actually have fitness goals. Great for those that scream, throw weights, and stare at others. Consistently crowded. I have been a member for almost a year, going on average of 5 days a week. I have never been greeted by the staff at the front desk. This is certainly a gym that puts profit first and people second. Do not recommend..

Wonderful place with a large amount of equipment. It's hard to find room to workout on anything but a cardio machine during the busy hours, though, so I'd recommend finding the least busy times to work out.

I'm still on the fence about this place...when I first went in there to sign up there was this wonderful person named Felicia....basically she sold me on the place...she was friendly, outgoing and the kind of face you want to see when you really don't feel like going to the gym....since that day of signing up, I haven't seen a friendly face since....don't get me wrong, I've seen employees, but yeah....this gym is nowhere near as friendly as the gym I left, unless you look like a Barbie doll or a weight lifter, no one acknowledges you....heaven help you if you actually have to ask a question..

This gym is useful in a pinch and convenient based on its location but it is small and overly crowded if caught at the wrong time of day.

Additionally like all gyms with any type of contract it's extremely difficult to be rid of them even if you fulfill your contract.

Month after month they wanted a payment for this or that and while it was not expensive, how many time can you expect to call someone for another 20 or 30 dollars?

They do not seem organized between accounting, management and collections. Bottom line I would not recommend for a true gym patron or anyone who does not have time for nonsense.

Worst gym I've ever paid for.
When we signed up here we were excited to have a variety of equipment in a gym across from the house. I paid an outrageous down payment and signed up for a month-to-month membership. Almost a year later of paying $50/month and the bi-annual fees that I thought was included in my down payment, I opted to cancel my membership because I would be moving. However, without a lease-in-hand they will not accept your cancellation. And even if you did have a lease-in-hand, they still charge you an extra 2 months. Neither of which, are written your contact I might add. Both are illegal and unethical, I would recommend you go spend $50 on your own equipment or just flush it rather than deal with this management.
