Great circuit training 1 minute on, move on to next exercise, 1 minute on, move on. so on and on till 36 minutes are done after 5 years of no training it whooped my Butt !!!!

I liked it. I never had the chance to do a session at Orange Theory, but after explaining it to a co-worker he said, "oh. Like Orange Theory ." I didn't know I was working as hard as I was and also my partner in the like until I noticed the overhead monitor and we both were in the red for the majority of the workout. More...
