What a great Fitness experience! I recently had a 30 minute one-on-one personal training session with Emily at Fit Studio and it was outstanding! The studio itself is amazing- it is very clean and organized and has top-notch fitness equipment. Emily was very thorough in her session with me. She really helped me with my form, she gave me great advice, and I feel more confident and encouraged to continue in my strength training and exercise plan.
