This gym under went a makeover with new management. The new owner is super sweet kind and accommodating. She tries her best to make everyone happy although many members and employees try and take advantage of that kindness. Its a great place for woman of all shapes sizes colors religions etc. For those who wear head scarves they are free to remove them without worry of any violations- as well as just ladies in general who want to be able to wear tighter or shorter more revealing gym clothes. Id recommend this gym to everyone specially with its large pool and wooden sauna! My advice: dont listen to rumors made by disgruntled EX employees/members who are just petty- go and check it out for yourself. Love this gym! This gym has by far been the most comfortable gym for hijabi women. All female staff and a very friendly environment. The staff always notifies you if there’s a male coming in to fix something ahead of time. Noveen is always visible and takes time to hear everyone’s suggestions and I’ve only seen improvement since joining Fit Female. Wish I can take this gym with me everywhere I go! More...

I love this gym, it's under new ownership (Noveen is awesome) and it's a place I look forward to going to every day. Judgement free zone and all female, so it's as comfortable as it can get. Would recommend 10/10.

My name is Brenda, I first would like to say Noveen owns this gym. She is very easy to talk to and attends to any problem or concerns you may have. This gym is very clean. The pool is very clean and warm and the girls are wonderful that work there. It’s not a very crowded gym so I can always use the machine without a wait. The showers are immaculate and the whole gym over all is well worth the monthly fee. I can, without hesitation say you won’t be sorry if you join. I would rate this gym a 10+++ if I could. I went in for a package of 10 swimming lessons & loved it. I had Betty as swim instructor & I highly recommend her. I was a bit fearful as my first time learning at 30 years old. Betty was always so positive & came to class in high spirits. Her style of teaching was detailed & catered to me having a great experience & learning. I got a lot out of those classes. This place has changed my motivation to workout completely! The staff is more like my family and they really care how I'm doing. The equipment is all new and fitted for women. I've been going for a month and haven't missed more than a couple of days! I used to be athletic and love to excise before kids, this place brought me back to that! I'm a true a advocate for health and fitness in my life, if you are too and need a place that you feel comfortable and feel like you fit in no matter what shape/size you are - you need to go here! Very clean facility nice staff . Tina excellent fitness instructor great personality loves what she does likes seeing people reach there goal. Amanda great Zumba teacher she teaches more dance moves rather than jumping aerobic like moves. Rosa with the daycare is great and she is the one who help keeps the gym clean . I've joined several women's gyms over the years. Fit female is the largest, airy most comfortable one yet. The salt water pool is a huge plus. Locker rooms, changing areas, showers are all large and roomy. Lucille Roberts is horrendous in comparison. I'm not an expert in classes but the more popular ones were great, again huge floor and plenty of weights and bars etc. Last I checked not going somewhere because of the demographics is called being a racist. BtwIt's great to have babysitting but I would prefer no tv or at least tv not blasting. Even when my kid was the only one she would not turn it off. That was my main complaint and part of the reason I ended my membership. But I would join again if that wasn't an issue. More...

I love this gym. It is the best I've been to. I love the fact that is an all mature female gym. There's no pressure. They offer a LOT of great classes that are not packed. I esepcially love the Zumba on Weds nights and the aqua classes in the pool. The staff is friendly and the machines all work. There is an abundance of weights in the weight room. You can work out every part of your body without anyone being starred at. The only thing that sometimes gets annoying are the screaming children wanting their mommies. I wish their room was soundproof. But speaking of sound, Â I especially love the fact that's there aren't any grunting men. LOL More...
