I believe the company overall is great. I was in management before I moved on to further my career and the company was more than supportive. There is definitely room to approve but when I say they treat everyone fairly and honestly. They pay well and are more than willing to work with anyone to suit what’s best. They are also quick to promote up rather than hire out which is fantastic. In all my years of working, First Class was the best employer by far. The most unprofessional company I’ve ever worked for. They barely train you for one. Everything is rushed. The job offers absolutely no benefits or paid time off. They will use you until they can’t anymore but disregard any personal issues you may have. They don’t offer PTO or anything. They will fire you but not notify you or send anything in writing but yet let another employee tell you how professional is that? They play with your money by altering your hours. They do shady stuff behind your back like allow coworkers to take pictures of you to send to them and discuss you to try and get you fired but any time others call out or a no call no show they allow them to return to work like nothing happen. The worst job you could ever work in your entire life management is horrible and they will fire you without telling you and once you want to get your last check they will ignore your calls over and over again they will make you move sights for no reason at all they will play with your check and it will be short, they will tell you full time but you will get part time hours and no one cares they will barely train you and will leave you at the sight by yourself. I have worked for first class on and off for about 9 years now, back when it was a very small company. Although any company can improve, first class has and continues to be one of the best companies I have ever worked at. Bill, josh (who has moved on to the Davidson County Sheriff's Dept.) John, Silvester and the whole team do their best to work with the employees and their needs. Their pay is competitive to any, and have never had a problem getting paid the entire 9 years. Those employees who leave bad reviews obviously don't or haven't worked for the same first class that I have. I have worked for First Class Security as an Unarmed Security Officer on two separate occasions about a year apart. I would recommend them as an employer without reservation. In my opinion this is a very unprofessional company, This Company does not conduct business from the provided address. The address this company provides is a mail box number at a postal box rental place. They were using personal vehicles to conduct commercial patrols (huge liability). The interview process at this company consists of meeting at a coffee shop or hamburger stand and filling out a wrinkled application over a 3.00 meal.
