I couldn't be happier with hiring Fire Pixie Entertainment and would highly recommend them to anyone else. Communication was great as it was a last minute booking. Josh (Dragon Trainer- How To Train Your Dragon) who arrived at our party was on time and never broke character. My daughter was over the moon happy that she got her own dragon trainer for her birthday. The kids had a blast with Josh, and it looked like he was having the best time as well! We had Naomi last weekend here on our 6-yr old birthday party. We had about 10 kids and my daughter asked if we could have face painting & magic show last minute. I reached out to the the Fire Pixie team, they were very professional, responsive and helped me coordinate within a few days. Naomi was able to squeeze in an hour to come and entertain the kids, my daughter was so happy and so were her friends. I needed an Elsa at the last minute because my previous one had canceled. I called several other places, one of which charged a travel fee because they were coming from the Southbay; another one was ridiculously expensive, and the third did not have anybody working during this time. I was very impressed with Adriana as Elsa. This was a gig at a yacht club party, and involved riding on a boat. The kids loved seeing Elsa come on the boat, and they swarmed her more so than Santa Claus. I would recommend Adrionna for her services anytime. More...

I hired Super Mario for my son's 4th birthday party this past weekend.  This is the first time we've hired entertainment, so we didn't have any expectations of what it should be.  My son was 3 so he was just excited that Super Mario came to his birthday.  Owen, AKA Mario, was very engaging with the kids.  As soon as Mario walked in, my son was already talking to him and Mario stayed in character the entire time.  He kept the kids' attention during the magic show.  Balloon twisting took awhile so we didn't get to play any games.  He helped start the birthday song so my son could blow out his candle.  He took group pictures with the kids.  Overall, Owen did great and my son was happy, which is all that mattered to us.   After Owen was done, he was a bit nervous.  I don't know if it was the time or my guests that made him nervous. If Owen would have told me how long each activity should be, I could have helped wrap up the balloon twisting to keep him on schedule.  But he did great!  We had a younger group of kids, but also some teenagers.  Having our teens involved and engaged in the show helped the younger kids enjoy it as well. We have used Fire Pixie on numerous occasions for children's parties and absolutely love them! We just this weekend had a mermaid pool party for my granddaughter's 2nd birthday, and Marina and Erin were fantastic mermaids, swimming around the pool with the kids in great costumes, singing, doing waterproof really professional looking sparkle tattoos on the kids, and great balloon twisting. Sarah from Fire Pixie Entertainment came for our twin girls birthday party. She did such a wonderful job by taking care of all the kids with such a sweet smile on her face through out the party. I can't imagine how much energy needed to entertain 28 kids. She did nail paint for girls, glitter tattoos for boys and girls and balloon twisting for little girls. We had such a wonderful experience with Fire Pixie Entertainment. Anna was the point of contact and took such good care of us. She was so pleasant to work with. With all of Anna's help, we booked Spider-Man (Daniel) for our sons birthday. WOW!! is the word that first comes to mind. He was so amazing! Nothing short of the "Amazing Spider-Man". Daniel was so great with all of the children, so engaging. He did a magic show, balloon twisting, games, and some photos. All the children were so happy! Daniel checked in with me two days before the birthday party to go over final details. On the day of the party, he showed up right on time and was ready to go. This is an overall 5-star company! So we had Stephanie, we did a frozen party and  she was Elsa. It was a surprise for my daughter turning 4. We were happy with her as she was on time I think even early. She was organized and sang very well. We found her to be good with the children, sweet, patient, fun, professional, talented. Oh and engaged. She did balloon twisting and bubbles and the kids were happy. There must have been some communication with my sister and law and us having her stop so we could cut the cake and a bit after that she left, we requested an hr in a half but regardless  all the kids and my daughter loved her and the parents said that was one of the best birthday parties they have been to. So no biggie. We will use them again as we were really satisfied. Also the communication as we were choosing the girl, adding the features etc was so easy and clear and on time. We just got back from my daughter's 3rd birthday party and we hired Amara as Queen Elsa, our daughter has a great time as well as the other kids!  Amara was really sweet and wasn't rushing at all!  Though we had fewer kids than originally quoted, she managed to make use of the time and we even had time for picture taking.  Thanks a lot!  Will def use again in the future and will recommend to friends for sure! I have hired Drea, one of Fire Pixie's entertainers, to perform at my 5-year old's birthday celebration at her preschool. When arranging things, the administrator Erin was especially helpful for me when I could not understand how to choose from the different entertainment options . Drea has also personally called me a couple of days before the party to make things easier. I found that, as a business, Fire Pixies were easy to communicate with and Drea (as Elsa) was a great success for all kids, even boys. I recently hired Erin St. Blaine for our WinterWonderland Prom Holiday Party for a sutterhealth hospital affiliate. She exceeded my expectations. When I hired her I thought she would dance using her led wings only but when she started dancing using different led props, everyone watching were amazed with the lightshow.  Her performance was one of the highlights of the party. We had Spiderman make an appearance at my son's 5th birthday.  He was awesome!  He was pricey, but the kids had so much fun, he was able to keep them entertained, laughing, and engaged for 90 minutes with his tricks, balloon creation, and superhero training-  I was really surprised when he began to cut and hand out cake after singing happy birthday to my son!

Fire Pixie is awesome! Sarah was awesome as a swimming Ariel for my daughter's 5th bday. EVERYTHING was great! She entertained them with sing alongs, magic & glitter tattoos before getting in the pool. Once in the pool, she swam with them, played games and did more sing alongs. This note is more for my heartfull gratitude to fire pixie, ann and blek. On September 13 at last moment my son's who turned 4 wanted to have birthday party on his birthday with spiderman. Due to some family circumstances we planned to have party after October 6th but it changed at last moment. I called several companies and than I came across fire pixie through yelp. Ann was genuinely interested to make it possible at last moment. I talked to her around 1.30 pm for 6.30 pm party for spider man. Juliana is the best!  Had her for a Frozen birthday party at a park back in February.  She was warm and full of energy!  All kids adored her and the parents enjoyed being able to sit back and relax.  At one point, we couldn't get the lighter to work for the birthday cake, I was about to panic.  But, Juliana cleverly came up with the pixie dust for my girl to make a wish and blow the dust away!  Seeing how my girl closed her eyes tightly and made her wish, I knew Juliana saved the day!!   Highly recommend her! We had my daughter's birthday party at Lake Elizabeth. My daughter absolutely loves inside/out so we decided to have "Joy" make an appearance. Stephanie totally knocked it out of the park! For our daughter's college graduation party we sought to hire a Polynesian dance troupe that included fire dancers. Not finding any available, we decided to hire fire dancers from Fire Pixie Entertainment for our outdoor stage. Erin was the sole performer from Fire PIxie, given her partner was not available that evening. Erin promised to "bring it" and she surely did. Our guests are still sending happy comments to us about Erin's performance. She is a remarkable performer.Erin and her assistant managed the flames very professionally. Fresh off her first space epic, our 6yo daughter wanted a Star Wars-themed party and we wanted to make it special.  Fire Pixies hit it out of the park --  not just spectacularly creative and entertaining, but also super professional which was *hugely* appreciated on party day. Our "Rey" instantly used the Jedi mind trick to tame a couple dozen unruly 6-year olds and lead their Jedi Training. She was self-starting, fully-equipped, instantly worked with the space and tools available, and even helped wrangle the younglings into the pinata line. We just hired Blake (Spiderman) for my son's birthday party and it was the BEST decision!! Blake was exceptionally good with the kids (mostly 3-4 year olds), kept them engaged and entertained, and made my son feel extra special since he was the birthday boy. All of our guests were raving about him. Blake also stayed a few minutes late for pictures without any complaints! I read yelp reviews before booking Fire Pixie and I noticed that a bunch of good reviews were for Blake specifically -- no surprise there, he surpassed all of our expectations. Just celebrated my daughters 5th birthday party with attendance of Princess Ariel aka Ariyana. I was in such relief knowing that Firepixie was available in such a short notice for my daughters under the sea themed birthday party. Ariyana was very prompt with timing and all of my guests were in awe! She took pictures with everyone graciously and smiled from ear to ear! :) She also sang songs from the movies, blew magical bubbles and did face painting (even for the parents!) I used Fire Pixie for my daughters 4th birthday and it was such a wonderful experience. I called for Spiderman to come help celebrate my sons 3rd Birthday and they sent an amazing amazing Spiderman - he had the adults and kids laughing for hours!  His magic was fantastic and my son adored him!   he appeared on time in costume and dove right in without any direction and we have some amazing video and photo from the party that we get to enjoy for years to come!   I was at another birthday party that used Fire Pixie and it was great and my friend gave me the name and well lets say we are so so happy that they sent the best Spiderman to our house to celebrate a fun birthday and do games and magic tricks and some balloons!   all the kids loved him - we called him Peter Parker but his name was Blake - he is AWESOME and if you want a fun birthday party that the kids rave about call Fire Pixie and ask for Blake! I needed some entertainment for my little one's birthday party. She was turning one and there was going to be about 30 to 40 kids attending the party. Clowns seemed appropriate, but not the scary clowns! The great things about FirePixie is that they have a lot of their clowns on their website so you can see them and a description of their work online before you book them. I chose Sarah and Krista. Due to the number of kids invited, two clowns seemed to be needed for what I wanted them to do at the party. They were going to do some bubble play, balloon animals, face painting, and a little magic show. FirePixie is very easy to book and work with to plan for your party. Sarah and Krista arrived right on time, and got straight to it, which was a great help for me since there was so much going on with the party. We hired Fire Pixie for my daughter's 6th birthday party and she loved it! Adveep was very sweet with all the kids and made my daughter feel very special. The kids all loved the magic show and I really appreciated that Adveep didn't hesitate to crawl into the "fort" (a tent we set up at the park) to play with the kids. The only negative thing I could say is that the face painting could use some work. Some of the kids had very cute butterfly face paint, some had unidentifiable creatures on their faces. My daughter commented that her unicorn looked more like a dragon since it had no mane and the horn came out of the nose rather than the head. Me and my husband were impressed of Naomi as Queen Elsa. Most of the kids are at their 2s and she'd been very patient and performed the right kind of magic tricks for them. They all loved the balloon twisting. And when she sang, my daughter and the kids were singing their lungs out. Hahaha. My daughter never got scared of her but instead said hi to her when she arrived. We had Andrew come to our 6 year old's birthday party as a Jedi.  The booking process was very quick and I was impressed with the professionalism of Fire Pixie and Andrew, who called prior to the party to confirm the location and discuss what the expect at the event and find out if I had any specific preferences.  On the day of the event he was punctual and highly engaged.  He immediately gathered the kids and got to work.  He had a show with them and then did light saber training.  They absolutely loved it and were engaged for more than one hour.  The training ended with their own balloon sabers which they all loved.  I would highly recommend Andrew as well as Fire Pixie to anyone looking for a highly professional and fun event.
