Finger Lakes Hotel

The Finger Lakes Hotel was the first and only venue that we looked at for our wedding. The ballroom is gorgeous and totally budget friendly! We knew immediately that this would be a great fit for us. It was so convenient to have the hotel right there for us and any of our guests to stay at cause, well, open bar lol. They also have a small bar across from the ballroom so the party didn’t stop after the reception! My family had a time singing karaoke afterwards. Our cake was also included in our package which made it so easy! our cake, cupcakes, *surprise* chocolate fountain and the food was delicious! This is one of my favorite bars. Bar tenders are friendly and attentive. Great food. Try the Bacon Jam... Amazing!! Deck in the summer is perfect for enjoying food and drink, you would never know you are right off the interstate. Great prices, great times.

this was my second stay at this hotel. the rooms are clean and the staff is friendly and very helpful. the view from the rooms was great. I would recommend adding a handrail to the stairs for the downstairs rooms, though. but overall, all of us in our party enjoyed it and would definitely stay at this hotel again. More...

This place is a hidden gem!! In a secluded beautiful area surrounded by the gorgeous fall foliage. The staff is extremely helpful and patient. The management girls are always so kind and helpful. I saw some really negative reviews regarding the hotel rooms (some people can’t be pleased!) and nicely asked him about it and he immediately called me personally to tell me that there will be no issue. He was completely up front and honest about how the rooms are a little older (hence the affordable cost), but promised they will be absolutely neat and clean. I love the fact that there will be an affordable, clean place right there for my friends and family to sleep. Haven’t seen a single negative wedding review about this place only a few about the rooms, people don’t seem to realize they are event driven and the rooms are for people who need a place to crash after an amazing night or drinking and GREAT food! We attended our nieces wedding and I have a large amount of food allergues, yet I did not want to make a fuss. So, I was just getting a salad and a friend asked why I wasnt eating. I told her I was allergic to alot of the options. My conversation was over heard by one of the event coordinators. She stopped me, and asked my allergies, told me to go sit down and she would bring me something that was accommodating. So, I sat. A few minutes later, she brought me summer squash, zuchinni, carrots and mushrooms sauteed in olive oil with light seasoning. I was so impressed by this womens thoughtfulness. This hotel may not be the most ritzy, but it is definitely one of the best places I have ever stayed. This was not the only person to be so kind. There was a young male bartender who was very sweet and working so hard to please the whole wedding group. I am very grateful to the staff of thus hotel, and my niece had an amazing day! More...

Hotel was very central to tour Finger Lakes , wineries, craft breweries etc. Super soft comfy bed. Rooms ok, little outdated. Restaurant /bar was AMAZING. Food was excellent staff run off their feet! Late night bar patrons leaving LONG after bar closed very loud and pipes on bikes awaken the dead. Perhaps visitor parking lot should be enforced instead of by hotel rooms. More...

Myself and 3 family members stayed for the Hootie concert. We asked to ride the shuttle, but the girl who answered the phone the day I called didnt have much information, Upon arrival the next day, we were told the shuttle was full and leaving in 5 minutes. It would have been nice to have been told that. Also, the door to our room looked like someone had taken a hammer to it and chunks of the door were actually missing. Limited outlets in the room and the AC was turned town to 60 upon arrival. The continental breakfast was limited but adequate. The front desk clerk who checked me out was most apologetic after I told him we had been involved in a car accident the night before following the concert. Should have taken the shuttle. More...

Nice Views behind the hotel and in a quiet setting. Perfect for viewing the sunset on a beautiful summer evening. Had fun at the bar with their weekly Karaoke on Saturday Nights. I felt comfortable in my surroundings. The only real issue I saw was the Mens Bathroom light down in the Bar was real Dim. Will keep this place in Mind for future stays. More...

The hotel is very dated. Renovations are not done and upkeep is minimal. With that being said it was as clean as could be. Bug free and minimalistic. They do have an on-site bar- that i believe serves some food and an outdoor pool. We did not get to utilize these as there was a wedding. The staff were nice and our stay was pleasant. If your using LYFT or Uber to CMAC- it was roughly $25 there and $60 return. Traffic was horrible. I don’t recommend this. More...

Was a great place and time. On site bar was good. Food was excellent. Place was nice and the receptionist recommended an excellent winery about 20 mins away. Overall happy and had a good time. The finger lakes hotel is one of the most comfortable clean hotels I’ve been too. The staff are super super great and respectful. The food is absolutely delicious! Highly recommend staying Here! This is an older property in the process of being updated. What is lacked in eye appeal is definitely made up for in service and atmosphere. The food is awesome, the staff is welcoming, dedicated, and accommodating. Our balcony room had a great view, and convenient amenities including a mini fridge, hair dryer, and coffee maker.
