Consistency over time equals Results! Balance between exercise & nutritional intake. Strength, flexibility & endurance becoming finally fit with proper rest, nutrition & exercise.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I’ve been studying Health, Fitness & Exercise since weight training classes began in 7th grade & have been working this industry & certified since 1980’s & personal training began
