Joaquin and his team really pulled through with the plans for my home. My project had rather unusual circumstances that made me try to tackle it with trepidation. As I work remotely from home which, at some point, means spending more than two thirds of my life within my walls, I wanted to make sure that I could have a functional working space but, at the same time, a comfortable apartment where I can have different spaces so not to get frustrated being locked up that many hours a day.
I hired Joaquin's services and I am really satisfied with the final result. He managed to understand my personality and my passion for collecting cultural items, from all over the world, to create a unique apartment with clearly differentiated spaces that embrace functionality, with a total new space reorganization and, what is more important, without giving up any of my beloved furniture or any art items, which is something I really value as I feel it belongs part of my memories and some other interior designers would not care about.
Overall, the apartment rooms look now wide and neat with a reorganization that aims to differentiate both the working and the living spaces so I feel I can focus more on my work and not feeling anxious for all the hours I spend inside.
The best way to summarize this review and rate Joaquin's services is to listen to my family and friends when they get into my home and exclaim "WWWOOOOWWW!!!".

How can someone tell if their loft is suitable for conversion?
The first thing to know is zoning area and City requirements to start evaluating the conversion. Of zoning codes and ordinances allows conversion, next step is talk with an architect. If you are not familiar with, call the architect first to make the initial evaluation.
Run us through the different stages in the loft conversion process - what’s involved?
There are many factors that have to be considered. Zoning codes, City requirements and Florida Building Codes. The most important is see if the conversion is possible. Once the first step is correct, then we can proceed to prepare the project that will justified everything to get a successful project.
What’s your interior design process?
Know the client's needs and see their expectations. As an Architect and interior designer I need to know my client to see how I can design for him or her. Once the client's meeting is done and checked the space, needs, style of life, etc…, is when I could prepare the first layout to discuss with the client.
During these meetings we define the final scope of work, how to do and how to proceed assisting they needs and introducing new doubts to check that all is under control.
Which interior design styles can you cater for?
As a professional and specialist I can offer any style. For me I do personalised style because each client it's totally different than other, so for me I have to be flexible to understand what my client needs, what they are looking for and offer to my client all that they will need even options that probably they will never thought that they will need.
Is part of my work, help to discover what are the real needs and style that my client will be more comfortable.
What do you love most about your job?
Do beautiful, amazing projects side by side with my clients. My clients bring me the opportunity to enjoy each project as the most important project ever.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have the ability to design for each one, helping and creating their spaces. The architect is not only the professional that create legal and formal plans, is the person who knows the client, knows how they live and design for them. I believe in my own style, sure, but always is the clients style that bring you grown in your style project by project. This is my passion.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am confidence, professional, serious and crazy. I can design, assist, help and prepare all that my clients needs. The process of design changes in every project. It is not the same design for a family or a developer. For me my client is the person who I have to work with and prepare their needs to reality and apply my academic knowledge to bring to codes and design. I merge the formal design by codes to design and do it possible. I avoid the expression "this is not possible", I believe that all is possible if you find the way to do it.
At the end, I am the closer professional that I will know your personality to be your confidence designer.
