How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
We create a fitness plan together that my client can adhere to, because consistency and adherence is key. I also teach my client how they can eat a healthy diet without giving up all of their favorite foods. Lastly, I provide accountability so that my client will stick to the plan and reach their goal! We overcome any obstacles together with practical steps.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Consistency. Being consistent with eating well and exercising. Not being too restrictive. And never giving up!
What do you love most about your job?
Seeing my client’s succeed for sure. I love sharing the excitement of all the small wins along the way too ?
What inspired you to start your own business?
I always wanted to have my own business. I worked at a corporate gym for 3 years and I always knew that the purpose was to gain experience and knowledge. I gained that and it only made sense to be an independent trainer.

Because I truly care about their progress. Their success is my success. Besides that I have lots of experience and I am good at my job. I take pride in my work. And I will do everything in my power to help my clients succeed.
