Douglas and Holman did a beautiful, fantastic job! Our house is a 70 year old house, and needed VERY extensive prep work before the actual painting. Douglas and team patched EVERY SINGLE crack before painting. Now our house looks almost new! Their attention to detail was amazing. Because our house had old lead paint everywhere, we asked them to pay special attention to cleaning up the lead dust. They wrapped every door and window from inside and outside the house, covered the ground in plastic wrap and cleaned off all dust every single day. When they finished painting, they cleaned all around the house and even washed our window screens and windows. They are an amazing crew, and I highly highly recommend them to anyone. Very responsive, fast quotation and willing to be competitive. Onsite crew was great. High attention to detail, took extra time as coverage was tricky as they did several extra coatings and material filling to get a satin smooth finish. Also was ok with fine detail I requested such as finish nailing some loose panels to ensure paint didn't crack over time. Overall, very happy with the work, would recommend to others. More...

Faraci House Painting has painted nearly all the interior and all of the exterior of our home over the course of several years.  Recently they assigned one painter to paint the back of our house after getting new windows and doors, and to stain two fences and an arbor.  All of the work was meticulous and detailed, and the same painter arrived at 8:30 each morning and worked steadily all day until the job was completed.  We are very impressed with the owner Angelo's advice, excellent color compatibility, and professional approach.  We will never use another painter, and highly recommend his firm. I hired Faraci House Painting to paint the interior of my condo (rental property) in San Mateo last month. I heard he had done a lot of work at the Woodlake condos, so I had him come by for an estimate. I hired him right away. Angelo was very professional, and he and his team did a great job! He communicated throughout the entire project, and finished in a timely matter. He repaired some cracks in the unit as well. The job looked great, and he even got rid of some extra garbage that the previous plumbing contractor had left behind! Angelo is very nice, fair, honest, and he and his team do really good work. Angelo painted our house two years ago and it still looks like just done. He and his crew did a fabulous job - from removing the old paint to caulking all cracks to applying the paint. Angelo Faraci House Painting just completed painting the interior and exterior of my house.  Overall, Angelo and his team did an excellent job.  I am especially pleased with my old kitchen cabinets, which were painted white.  This job required significant and extensive preparation work.  Along the way, I made several requests which included painting some dining room furniture.  The paint job throughout is just beautiful.  For the large amount of work, the price was very reasonable​.  I appreciate the open communication I had with Angelo.  I highly recommend​ Angelo Faraci House Painting. Angelo Feraci just left our home after finishing a painting project that included re-caulking, priming and repainting the boards, batts, eaves and fascia on the outside and changing the color in our master bedroom and bath. From the moment Angelo came to look at the house we were impressed and realized that we had someone who was going to treat our home like it was his own. I asked him to give me a fair price. We were satisfied that he did, and the house looks better than it ever has. He and his painters did not miss a step regarding preparation through the final coat. In addition, their attention to cleanliness, cleanup, and consideration of our convenience has to be mentioned. This was a great way to start off our second 50 years in this house. Our house didn't get a paint job in almost a decade, and pain was peeling off, there were cracks all over the wood and stucco.  Felice has really transformed our house into something we couldn't have imagined.  Felice is all about the details, he thoroughly scraped off the old paint, and then he caulked up every single tiny crack, edge, corner, everything!  This is really his personal signature, and gave the house a much cleaner and new look.   Felice is also a great help in choosing the right colors, and he painted parts of the house with half a dozen different samples for us to choose from. I'd strongly recommend Felici.  It might be hard to find a place in his schedule though, many people seem to appreciate his detailed work! More...
