5 STARS!!! I came across Tanya and her business when I was looking for someone who would be flexible with my work schedule and was able to work with my pup even when I wasn't home. Tanya was so fast in responding and I met with her the next day and absolutely fell in love with her personality and her work ethic. Tanya's practice of positive reinforcement was so refreshing and my puppy Bandit responded so fast with her training techniques. I swear Tanya has magic powers. Tanya even watched our pup while we were on vacation and when we got back we had the most well behaved dog. I can't not say enough amazing things about Tanya and we are so excited to have her train our newest pup who arrives this weekend. Tanya is the best dog trainer in Denver! We have worked with Tanya for several training sessions. She has always been very compassionate and patient with my dog and I. She not only trains my dog, but me as well! She has an extensive background in training and I love that she has embedded herself in the community - hosting dog happy hours, events benefiting shelter dogs, and even volunteers her time to help train shelter pets. Tanya is amazing! She has a very warm and calming personality which made my anxious little guy feel immediately comfortable with her. I really liked her style of training with  the focus on positive reinforcement and learned a lot. Tanya is very passionate about her work and loved to hear that she volunteers some of her time to train shelter dogs with behavioral challenges to ensure they get adopted. Family Pupz has been AMAZING! Tanya, the head trainer, is so passionate and most of all, goes above and beyond for you and your pup. Adult Dog Training
This service is ideal for newly-adopted dogs and dogs who need a refresher on their basic obedience skills. We’ll teach your dog to listen and pay attention to you, master polite behaviors — both inside and out in public, and build a closer relationship through two-way communication between you and your dog.
Dog Training & Support For Expecting Families
We offer private support for expecting families in order to help them prepare their dog for the changes that are bound to occur. We offer positive, practical, and fun solutions that will help integrate and include the family dog in the new household dynamic and routine once the baby arrives. Our goal is to help ease your transition from dog parents to baby parents with a dog.
Dog Training & Support For Families With A Toddler
We offer additional support for families with babies who are soon to be, or already are, crawling or walking. This period of unpredictability can be stressful for the family dog, as the toddler becomes increasingly mobile, vocal, and curious to experience their new world, especially with their hands and their mouths. Our goal is to offer insight and proactive options for some of the common challenges families with dogs experience during this time.
