Food was great, but service sucked! Nothing I hate more then sitting at a table full of dirty plates. 5 servers tops was all they scheduled for a buffet style dinner of 200-300 people. From the moment I walked into The Falls just over a year ago, I knew this was where I wanted to get married. I saw beautiful pictures online and immediately called for an appointment to come see The Falls. As beautiful as the pictures were, they didn't do any justice to how beautiful The Falls really is. My fiancé was still at work, so I brought my mom to my appointment with me to check it out. We both instantly fell in love with The Falls. For us, the decision was made. However, I wanted to bring my fiancé back to see the venue and hoped my father could tag along as well. There happened to be a "Taste of The Falls" event that night and Joe invited us back to taste the food and bring our families to see the venue. I not only got to bring my fiancé and my mother and father, but my little brother as well. It took less than minute inside for us all to agree that this was the place where we just knew we should get married. The food was incredible, the venue was gorgeous, but the best part was meeting Ashley and Brad. They answered all of our questions and sat us down right then to book the venue. The best part of the entire wedding planning experience was by far Ashley and Brad. To be honest, I was nervous to plan a wedding because I always hear how stressful it can be. However, booking our wedding with The Falls made our wedding as stress-free as planning a wedding possibly can be. Ashley and Brad met with us several times to discuss the details of our big day. We both work full time, and I know Ashley and Brad are very busy with many weddings, but scheduling was never an issue! They seemed to always be available to answer any and all of our countless questions immediately, which made the entire process of wedding planning run very smoothly. Brad also photographed our engagement pictures and they were absolutely gorgeous. The best part was that, the day of the wedding, The Falls takes care of EVERYTHING. They set up, cleaned up, and ran the entire day according to our wishes and it absolutely could not have been more perfect. It was exactly what we wanted and what I have envisioned my entire life. We got so many compliments from our guests about the food, the beautiful scenery for the ceremony and the gorgeous reception hall. Many people told me genuinely it was the most beautiful wedding they had ever attended, and had by far the best food! We used all of the services that The Falls has to offer (food, DJ, photographer, photo booth, uplighting, chair covers) and I would absolutely 100% recommend The Falls and all of their services to anyone who is getting married and looking for the perfect venue. What a beautiful place for our Grandson and new "Granddaughter" wedding, the staff was wonderful, when we got there to decorate, the wrong color tablecloth was on, the staff went right to work and ordered them, had them put on in no time!!

We had our ceremony and reception at the Falls last Saturday. It was absolutely everything we could have imagined and more! Our wedding coordinator, Ashley, was so wonderful! From answering my dozens of anxious texts and emails to dealing with our particularly rambunctious wedding party, she smoothed out every wrinkle in our big day and made sure it ran seamlessly. Our waitstaff during the reception was extremely attentive and made sure we had everything we needed! The ladies who set up the venue were amazing and changed out the things we asked to be changed immediately and without ever complaining. Our DJ, Brad, was the BEST! He took some great pictures for the Falls website and he had the majority of our guests and wedding party dancing the entire night! Joe did an excellent job performing our ceremony. And Kip was so wonderful to work with getting the contract together and making a payment schedule. If you are considering the Falls for a wedding and reception venue, it is worth every penny. My husband and I had our wedding reception here Sept. 13, 2014. I have nothing but praise and not one complaint about our experience. Our first meeting was very informative and we were told exactly what to expect when choosing The Falls. Ashley is absolutely amazing at what she does when arranging every single detail and attending all of our needs. We were able to attend 4 tastings at The Falls where we were able to try multiple dishes, all of which were amazing. Their tastings are set up like an actual reception with food, open bar, table arrangements, up lighting, chair covers, vendors, everything you could possibly need all at your fingertips.
Our wedding day could not have gone smoother if we tried. Ashley and the staff were there to get our drink orders waiting for us after our introductions, made sure everyone's name was pronounced correctly and checked on us throughout the entire night. They kept us on track and made sure there was never a dull moment.
The food is excellent, we had 3 appetizers passed around by wait staff during cocktail hour, the wait staff is there all night to take drink orders, and they have a shuttle to take guests back and forth to the Hampton.
My favorite part was that I could drop off all of my decorations before the wedding and the staff had everything set up for us perfectly at the reception. I didn't have to hire anyone to set things up for me or have a family member worry about. They did everything for us!!

I could not be happier with my decision to have my wedding at The Falls! Ashley was such a sweetheart, and extremely helpful in my wedding planning process! The staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The prices are extremely reasonable - and their packages include almost everything you can think of! My wife Lisa and I own R.W. Rigdon Images and covered the Seckman High Prom at the Falls this past weekend. The staff was the epitome of professionalism! They went above and beyond to help us set up for photo's and our prom entrance show broadcast over the internet by Prepcasts. We were never without a bottle of water or someone asking us if there was anything more they could do for us. First class operation all the way!!! Hope to photo another event there soon!

The Falls is an absolutely beautiful venue to have a wedding!! My husband and I currently live in Florida but wanted to have our wedding at home in Illinois to accommodate more family/friends. From day one when I called for info Nancy was super helpful! We must have exchanged 100+ emails over the course of my planning, and she always responded to my questions quickly and even returned emails at 10 o'clock at night! She was absolutely fantastic at calming my nerves. The only thing I would suggest (having been the bride) is to have a rehearsal if at all possible. They told me that it wasn't necessary (and maybe it wasn't) and I tried to go with the flow, but 30 min before the ceremony my entire wedding party was panicked because they didn't know exactly what to do or where to go and didn't want to look stupid which began to stress me out. We managed to figure it out, and all my guests said that they couldn't even tell we hadn't rehearsed, but just for peace of mind I wish we had at least done a 15 minute walk through!
