Just left this wonderful boba place, with a happy smile on my face.  The owner is such a nice person.  He made sure we were well taken care of.  The staff was great too, very friendly and helpful when you need help picking out a drink. This boba shop has an awesome mural that was painted by hand.  The seating area is comfy with inside and outdoor seating for when the weather is good.  As with other boba places, they have tons of games for your entertainment while enjoying your time with friends or family.  One thing they do have which I have not seen in other places is open mic night.  Wait....whaaaaat?!?!   Yes you heard me, open mic night.  Apart from this they have many other activities that you may enjoy. There are an array of drinks and appetizers which are equally just as good.  One of their most popular is the nom nom drink.  They also have flavored toasts too, which I have only had the opportunity to try the peanut butter one. It was super yum.I will definitely be going back and suggest you try it out too. More...

Really really cute boba spot! Attend the Elite Event tonight and it was my first time coming to this spot. Had the thai tea and dirty nom nom. My Thai tea was delicious, not to sweet and not too milky. I also tried their seasoned and plain French fries with crispy chicken which was very flavorful. Then for dessert the Virgin Mary strawberry toast melted in my mouth. I would definitely come back and try out the other drinks. Oh I met the owner and he was a really cool guy and very welcoming. The boba and tea is good but the thick straw is terrible.  It gets crushed by the lid opening and you can't use it aftera while.  I understand being environmentally friendly but either the lid should get one that doesn't squeeze the straw as hard or some stronger straws are needed. More...

I've tried the nom nom green tea, Coachella lemonade strawberry, matcha latte, and rose matcha latte  and I usually get them at 50% sweet. Out of those, I'd say my favorite would be the Coachella strawberry lemonade and rose matcha latte depending if I want something refreshing or creamy. The snacks are also bomb too! I always get the Cajun fries and the pop corn chicken with the sweet spicy sauce. The ambience was also really nice. They have chill music and there were people studying here too (pretty fast WiFi). I first heard about Factory Tea Bar through my band because of an Open Mic Night that they were hosting. I've been drinking their boba drinks for over a year now and have gotten to try almost everything on the menu. The drinks are absolutely amazing and many are creative. Their boba pearls are specifically my favorite part about their drinks because they are warm and larger than most other boba tea places I have tried before. They have a HUGE variety of drinks including Coachella Lemonades, fruit teas, milk teas, and have very fun seasonal drinks such as the Zombie Nom that just came out for the Halloween season. I haven't tried too much of their food yet but am planning to try some soon! Their popcorn chicken is ABSOLUTELY delicious and definitely my favorite thing to get when I'm in the area.    The atmosphere and vibe of the shop is so different from other boba places. They host Open Mic Nights, different fun pop-up shops, birthdays, and more! There is a lot of seating and restrooms. It isn't usually too loud and busy but I've also never seen it empty. It's the perfect place to have a snack with friends. Keep a look out for fun music, video games, and other live events that happen all the time! I definitely see myself returning to Factory Tea Bar for many years. More...

The Zombie Nom is good. The boba is too sweet. If the boba are sweet then make sure the drink is 50% sugar because I didn't think that the boba are going to be filled with sweetness and I told them 100% sweet for my drink so lesson learned. Besides that the drink is really good. I got the Zombie Nom and I really like how they did the holiday drinks. Plus the fries was super fresh and I enjoyed eating them. They have many flavors to it so I got mine with sour cream mix with something. Forgot my second flavor. But yeah the place is nicely done and I could come here and hangout and chat with friends or do homework. I gotta come back and try the other drinks and see how it goes from there. The inside of the shop is extremely aesthetically pleasing and trendy, they have great music always playing, lots of seats to study or hangout with friends, and overall a great atmosphere. This boba place along with others host mini events once in a while. The event for the month was #VirgoSeasonWithAhgase on Twitter. Basically 3 of the members of a talented K-Pop group Got7 celebrate their birthdays on the month of September, so as way to celebrate with them, the lovely @GOT7INOAK on Twitter created a project where got7 fans can enjoy some boba with a decorated cup sleeve and photo cards of the members. I heard FTB was originally from SoCal, so pretty exciting to have another SoCal based boba shop up here! I love coming here whenever I'm in the area, it'd be my go-to boba shop if I'm around. My order sometimes changes where I'll be getting their Strawberry Matcha Latte, Nom Nom Green Tea, basically tried mostly all of their Fruit flavored green teas, and I haven't been disappointed! You can adjust their sugar levels, I usually get mine the minimum sugar amount so it won't be overly sweet for my taste. The strawberry matcha latte is tricky, if you want less sugar then they would put in less strawberry base.I've also ordered their popcorn chicken (spiciest level) and it was pretty good! The only complaint I'd say is that the portioning is inconsistent. I've went once where the box was filled with PC, but the second time it was kind of skimpy...it was waay below the box line inside and wasn't worth paying $6.50 for it. So the third time, I did mention that the portion I've received before was inconsistent.. and the cashier said there is a weight limit (i don't remember how much he said) but that's what they're supposed to follow. And he gave me my PC, and it still seemed skimpy but I realized all 3 times, I received 3 different portion sizes.. it makes me kind of iffy if I ever want to buy it again. More...

I've been seeing this place on Instagram a lot because of their crumbwiches and because of the adorable stickers on their cups. I came heree with a friend this afternoon it was packed! I think it could have been because of the RMDAYY in the bay that they were doing. There were some people selling BTS merch at the table. What I think is cool is that they have the kiosk for ordering through the machine and the old school cash register.I decided to get the matcha rose latte with pearls, 50% ice and 25% sweetness. My drink came out within 10 minutes. I was surprised at how good it was.I don't like rose-flavored things, but this was was subtle and not too rosy. The boba was a bit cold for me, but the drink itself was so good. It was sweet, milky, floral, and the matcha wasn't too earthy. I mention this in a lot of my reviews about matcha milk tea that sometimes, it tastes too much like grass or that it still has clumps of stuff together. The place itself is very cosy and aesthetic. For food we ordered 3 types of fries: sour cream (tasted like sour cream and onion potato chips!), bbq, and cajun. They were skinny fries which are not really my type so I thought they were just okay. The popcorn chicken was also just okay - good flavor but could have used more chicken and less breading. It does seem a bit cramped though since there's an area for speakers/music for their open mic nights, and even a corner full of board games piled high which looked pretty messy, but I'm sure that makes for a nice hangout spot for people who live near here. They did warn us the table we were sitting at would be reserved but they gave us a 30 minute notice at least.
