This is the first time I've use this company. I live off Castle Hill & have been looking lately for other floral shops due to the negative end results I've gotten. This place hit a homerun let me tell you why. I needed an arrangement for my mother's Birthday & this yr it lands on Sunday & Father's Day too.This comp. has a great easy to use website which helped me decide what I wanted. Getting here is ez as they're right off E. Tremont near buses & trains. Walking in the shop it was airy, clean & inviting. I worked w/Cynthia who helped get all my details down & get my order in. I knew what I wanted as you'll see in photos which also included a glass vase, ribbon, fiberboard box protection around glass, finally entire arrangement placed in big clear bag w/name, address & business card attached.The time I gave for delivery was by 10 am Friday morning(today) & I was pleasantly surprised. The gentleman who made delivery had her sign for delivery & was very polite & courteous. Above all he was on time !! Checkout my photos judge for yourself & call them up for your next order. My mother in-law order a balloon bouquet for my daughter after her surgery. It was delivered during a time when we weren't home so I opted to pick up. I'm glad that I did pick it up as I had the opportunity to discover this new gem.  The staff are friendly and talented!  They were in the middle of working on centerpieces for a wedding and the "vases" were engraved logs.If this is an indication of their work, they'll have a great business future ahead of them!
