Hello, I went online and posted my resume at Express Employment. No less than a day later I was contacted by Drew Barry in the Peoria, AZ office. He took the time to go over my resume and ask me questions about my work history and what I was looking for in a career. It was a Friday when he called and he stayed late to make sure I was ready to go as soon as possible for interviews. Drew was very professional and followed up with me on a regular basis. I operate a Converting Facility and I currently employ about 8 workers through Express and I am very happy with this decision. My Reps are the Owners and it is great to see how hands on they are in making sure that they have the right candidate for my needs. When sending me a new employee they meet that person at my job 7:00 am , and introduce them to me that never ever happened before. Very impressed with how Christine checks with me to see how that person is performing and am I satisfied with their placement. People have to keep in mind they go based off of the needs of their clients, they cannot offer what there is not available. I was impatient myself, believe me. Fast forward to now and I am employed with the second interview I had through Express. It was about a 4-6 month wait, very well worth it. If you feel the need, you can sign up with multiple temps.
