I didn't expect an overnight miracle but, as time goes on with continued treatments I can see a difference already. I have opted for the next treatment of aeration and seeding. I used to treat my own lawn with very mixed, but most often poor results. I started using Experigreen 2 seasons ago. At the time, my lawn had weeds, bare spots and malnourished grass. I tried this company for the first time this season as I was wanting to save some money. They beat my previous lawn care company price and gave me a discount on top of that for prepaying for the season. I couldn't be happier!!! My lawn is beginning to look great after just one application. Staying green, less brown, no regrowth of weeds. Unfortunately, we had to have another technician come out to re-do the pest control application as the first technician did not do a good job. The technician that came out today was thorough (I’m not sure he even knew I was home as I did not speak to or see his person, just the tools and equipment he used. Where as I was outside and watched the first tech do his job and was completely dissatisfied). When I called to complain about the first tech and praise the second, my complaint was brushed off and I was told they would add to my account that I “would like tech 2 as my application tech”. Poor customer service but I’m glad someone cares enough about their job to do it right the second time around! Product is great, application is great if you get the right tech! I'm a new customer this year.If it wasn't for yard moles, my yard would look like the "White House" at Washington DC.. Its not Experigreen's fault, they don't do moles. When they spray for ants and spiders, especially spiders, I can do my job in peace on the toilet & I have not had to buy me a shower curtain now. All employees from the office were very pleasant. The employees that actually apply the chemicals, actually know what they are talking about when asking any questions. Also they are professional people and very pleasant to talk too, always with a smile and very polite. We just started with ExperiGreen this fall. The previous company we had to service our yard for 9 mo. And that was enough, actually looked worse. So far everything they did to the yard has been as projected. My grass is like a carpet. The employees are great. Customer service can screw up. But the employee who does the job very friendly. Might get them again. But irrigation is  three times amount I use to pay so I go to my older grass company for that. More...
