Never had a bad experience with this company in the past 20 years, the limos are new, party buses sensational, never had an issue. Â I think the two last reviews have to be from either competition or they did not use this company. Â The Jonathan guy doesn't even sound legitimate, sounds like he lost in a court battle. I got a bus for 40 people for prom. The bus was huge which was really good. The driver came 30 minutes late which was a minus and there was no railing in the bus to hold on to so we could dance which was a little difficult but overall everything else was great. The driver was on time everywhere else, and he took us to every stop we asked for. The lights were very cool, the bus was very comfortable and fun! Really good limo service. Was flexible with my pickup times to Malibu Rose Day. Could have used a newer sound system with Bluetooth as we wanted to play the radio and usb chargers for phones were needed as well.

This company is amazing!!!! Patricia was so so helpful and patient in organizing the best ride for my daughters 11th birthday! They are professional and kind. The bus was beautifully decorated and so clean. The driver was was nice, drove carefully and so patient even though 30 little girls were screaming and dancing away. I highly recommend this company to anyone!! I'm using them again for my own birthday!Just had another event I booked right after this for my birthday!!! My coworker Rex asked me if I had a personal referral to a great limo company for his daughter's B day Party. It was very important to him and his wife that the limo be on time and in great shape, His daughter, son, and 8 of her friends (and the parents too) had a wonderful time for her 10 year Birthday Party in Executive Limo's immaculate Black Stretch this past weekend. They all wanted to make sure that they could ride in the limo for years to come so they cleaned up the limo afterwards leaving not a crumb in it. Driver Nick was fabulous as well and reportedly said "this was the best ride ever with all the singing & great energy". Of course Owner Patricia Stephenson styled out the inside of the Limo with The Birthday Girls favorite colored balloons, etc. BTW,  I have been using  Executive / Malibu / Brentwood Limo for over 30 years for ALL my important transportation needs, be it Airports Runs, (I have to rules in life, never be late for a plane or massage), my Triplets Birthdays, their Bnai Mitzvah,  Concerts, Ball Games, Award Shows, Hot Dates, being taken to or from the Hospital for surgeries, etc. Executive has never been late and the drivers are ALL great. The Proprietor Patricia is the hardest working woman in Hollywood. I feel like a King whenever I travel with Executive. More...

Executive Limousine is the best. This is the second time I have ever used there service as an adult. Deborah picked us up at LAX Airport right on time and the customer service is first class. Deborah and the team have great energy with wonderful personalities. I went looking for a limo company because I was going to be attending some events and needed transportation. From the moment I spoke with Patricia, I knew I had found the right company.
The car I was sent was immaculate and the driver was courteous, friendly and professional. I was very happy to find such a great company that anticipates my needs and is always available by phone no matter what time of day or night.
One instance that comes to mind where the company really impressed me was, I had a last minute trip to Las Vegas that popped up and I could not fly. I called up the company and they were able to accommodate me even on such short notice. My Vegas trip was a success as a result. I will be recommending all of my family and friends to use this company...it is exceptional.

Our company used Executive Limousine for a combination Birthday/Christmas party. The bus arrived on time and the driver was great. All we had to focus on was our mobile party and keeping the drinks flowing. Rush hour can be stressful but our driver allowed us to tune it all out and used his short cuts to get us to our destination on time. Once at our destination we departed and agreed to meet the bus in two hours. When our dinner was over the bus was waiting outside and off we went. I recently hired Executive Limo and Sedan in Marina del Rey, to pick us up and take us to graduation. They were early, which was fantastic, considering the traffic. The gentleman that took care of us was incredibly great. They followed up, they did everything they said they would do. It was one of the best experiences i've ever had with the limo service. I would be using them over and over and over again and Patsy, the person who set everything up, was terrific. She followed through. They had balloons.
