Describe your creative process.
Our creative process starts from buying a domain to make it a brand. We start with suggesting good domains to our clients which is easy to remember as well as explains the brand and service of the client. Second step will be the mockup designing stage, which is arguably one of the most important stages of a web project. It typically involves giving shape to all the information defined in the planning stage. Which is the most interesting and creative stage among everything because if the website didn't looks good then no one is going to visit on it and it will be a total waste of money, to make it stand out of the box our research team will do research on the basis of website category, target audience, target market and service they offer and came up with a wireframe of whats good and what is not good for that website. After this our design team will make a mockup design which will be send to client to approval with unlimited revisions and once client got 100% satisfied with the design it will move forward to the development part. We work on various platforms like Magento, Wordpress, Joomla, Shopify, PHP, Core PHP and few more and suggest the best platform based on client requirements. Once the site has all its visuals and content, you’re ready for testing. Each page has been checked thoroughly to make sure all links are working on all devices and browsers.
After this the project move forward to the Internet Marketing Department, and they do the research for Digital marketing campaign which includes Website Audit, Market Analysis, Competitor Analysis and few other things by which we will come to the conclusion that what will be the best marketing strategy to make it a brand. Which includes Onpage work, Offpage work, Content Writing, Social Media Promotion, Content Promotion, Email marketing, PPD campaign etc.

It actually varies from client to client and service required.
Generally I need client's website URL, admin access and few other things to start the work.
What do you love most about your job?
I love that I have a great degree of control and freedom within my job. I work full-time on a flexible schedule, both in and out-of-office, and my clients trusts me to produce high quality work and results. I work hard to maintain that level of trust, which keeps me engaged and excited — but at the same time, I love that my job enables me to love and enjoy my other passions in life
What inspired you to start your own business?
I had been employed for few years till one day I realized that the only thing I was doing was actually building others' dreams. I had a steady fixed income each month, that's great when you start a career, but I'm a dreamer and a visionary myself and I always knew I was destined for something great. I halted for a second to understand how the world works and it was time for reversing the equation. In the Real World you either be an entrepreneur, or you work for one. On that day I decided to wear multiple of hats till I let the world build my own dream.
My secrete recipe of success: All what I need is discipline, keep daydreaming, thinking outside the box and reading between the lines. I'm not smarter than the rest of the world, but I put much effort everyday to become a better version of myself yesterday. But for every success there is a price, you need to sacrifice something. I did.

I want my clients to really understand the process and I encourage them to ask me any question no matter how ‘dumb’ their question may seem. I make it a point to personally respond to questions within a business day and I’ll spend whatever time is necessary to answer the question to my client’s satisfaction.
This is not standard operating procedure in the IT industry. I don’t know many IT experts who personally respond to client questions. It’s more common for assistants to follow up with questions and often they don’t get back to the client for a couple days. Sometimes the answers they give are incomplete or just plain wrong.
