Had an excellent experience working with Events for all seasons. Stephanie was easy to work with, helpful, kind, and affordable. She was 9 months pregnant on the day of our wedding and she was still there to set up and take down, wow! Our flowers were beautiful! Highly recommended! More...

I hired Stephanie after my wedding coordinator recommended her and I could not be more thankful for her. From the moment we sat down to talk about flowers (of which I knew nothing about, I just knew colors) Stephanie took my dream and made it into a reality! My flowers were STUNNING and I got so many compliments on the flowers. From table arrangements, to bouquets, Stephanie really understand what makes a wedding beautiful. She offered her expertise where I needed it and I just cannot say more good things about her. She was cost effective and worth every dang penny. Thank you Stephanie for everything!

Stephanie does it all! After shopping around and finding that wedding coordinating is VERY expensive, I found Events for all Seasons. I met Stephanie at an open house at our wedding venue while she was helping/representing Bavarian Cakery. Once I found out she had packages with linens, centerpieces, and day-of coordination at a reasonable price, I was sold. She's very easy to communicate with and made the process feel like I was working with a friend. My only complaints are that she was late arriving on the big day because she forgot the boutonnieres and had to go back home to get them, so I felt like decorating was a bit rushed...and much of our cake was thrown out instead of being boxed up and sent home with family. Overall, our centerpieces were gorgeous; she stayed in contact me during the weeks prior to the wedding and I'd say the price we paid for her services was worth every penny! Stephanie, was absolutely awesome! She is very professional and prices were great! My wedding event was on 11/12/17 at the bell tower on 34th and my ceremony flowers were beautiful. My colors were navy, blush, and ivory and she was able to incorporate the colors in my bouquet and throughout the venue. I contacted Stephanie with hardly any notice because originally I was going to do my florals for my wedding myself, but our guest list climb from 80 to nearly 200 in a blink of an eye. I found myself overwhelmed with having to create, store, and setup that many centerpieces. Events for all seasons saved the day! Stephanie & Christina are AMAZING. I shopped around and compared to others they are typically less expensive. I think this contributes to the slow response time. They have a lot of bookings (probably due to price) so are a bit slower to respond, but they are always on top of everything so not to worry. We saved money through using their vendors and I am SO happy I trusted them to make my wedding beautiful. I highly recommend hiring them. More...

I was planning to do everything myself for my wedding but I didn't realize how much went into a wedding! That's when I started googling and found Stephanie. Thank goodness I did! I can't thank her enough for how PERFECT everything turned out. Because of her I got to enjoy my wedding day without any stress. Stephanie is the professional a client wants the day of a major event. As a bride, my focus was on my new husband, and Stephanie had the smarts to flawlessly execute our wedding so that we didn't get tripped up in the details. She's reasonably priced, has a fantastic rapport with vendors (and a vast knowledge of vendors), and she helps tailor an event to the customer's desires. I find peace when I am working on a craft project such as floral design. It is humbling to see what nature has to offer, the colors, the smells and the textures are simply amazing. To see what my hands can do with those items never ceases to amaze me. Then when I see the looks on my client's face when they walk into the room to see their finished product, that says it all. It is one of the happiest moments during the hectic and sometimes nerve racking planning process. Being able to manage the events always makes me feel confident that my clients will leave completely satisfied because they know that we both have gone the extra mile together to ensure that their guests are impressed.

I used to work as a sales and event manager in large venues but always wanted to play a hand in decorating for the functions rather than admiring others works. My clients would ask me for assistance from time to time so I eventually started offering my own services to them in addition to other vendors. I started out slow, opened my business on the side and operated it for 5 years before leaving my full time job. Now that Events for all Seasons IS my FULL time job I am even more motivated than before to outperform myself and others with each and every event. The self satisfaction that comes with it is something that I could not get while working for another company.

I do not view my clients as paychecks. Yes, my clients obviously pay my bills however, I will never gouge anyone for my own gain. I tend to put myself in their shoes as a bride, gala committee member, parent or teacher planning school events and birthday parties. I wouldn't want someone to take advantage of me so I will never do that to anyone else. I will always go the extra mile to make sure everyone is happy and I am also up front with my clients about their Wishes and Wants vs. Reality (which can often clash! Thank you very much Pinterest!). My clients choose me because they know I will work FOR them and WITH them to create a quality event and we often becomes friends before it is all over :)

Services

Events for all Seasons will assist with Venue Search, Planning details and booking vendors, Negotiations, as well as onsite Management for the day of your event. We offer a variety of packages ranging from $500-$4000.

Events for all Seasons will assist with your overall concept design as part of our decor rental services. We will work hand in hand with your other vendors so that everything runs smoothly and is congruent throughout your event. We offer fresh floral however don't mind using artificial if desired and on a case by case basis. There are times that artificial works best!

Events for all Seasons provides a variety of rental items to our clients. We have a variety of lounge furniture, colored throw pillows as accents, LOVE Marquee Signs, Floral Walls, Customized Signs, Backdrops and Themed Props. We not only rent to planners and other decorators but we rent directly to our clients and provide set up and breakdown .
