I have worked with and have come across the work of dozens of professional photographers--weddings, commercial, and portraits across Los Angeles, San Francisco, New York, Boston, Chicago, and DC. I must say that Ji (and his staff at Esso Studios) is among the BEST. A few weeks ago, he came to Harvard to take professional photos for the students and we had a blast! The sessions were booked quickly and sold out within days. Such reactions are a clear testament to the high quality of his work. Ji integrates precision, artistry, and efficiency to capture and bring out the natural yet "best foot forward" images of people. I brought along a group of my friends and all of us have been very happy with his work and will be using our headshots for various professional outlets. Ji has always been prompt and thoughtful in his communications and does his best to work with his clients' preferences and priorities. Throughout our communication, Ji has consistently demonstrated honesty, clarity, and openness which are critical in managing client relations, especially across states. I would highly recommend him to any institutions, companies, and businesses. In fact, I have done just this with my friend who was in need of a photographer for her startup. When you come across something good, you cannot help but want to share with everyone you come across.
