We had 9 of us participate: 5 adults and 4 kids (age 5-16). It was so much fun! I booked Eskaped for a team building shindig for 23 people (2 groups going into the escape room). Tyler and Sparky were great at meeting us at the location and setting up this awesome experience. My team loved it, even though they were skeptic of the big red trailer. We were a group of 4 and we didn't escape, but some of the locks were on wrong or didn't open with the right clues, so that was frustrating and wasted time. The young man running the trailer didn't seem to really know what was going on and when we knocked on the door for a hint, he had to look through a book for answers, wasting even more time and that's when we discovered locks were on wrong. 5 more minutes and we would have had it. We went with a group of six adults, all friends. We had a a great time. I've been to one before and thought this was as fun or funner than my previous one. We solved it with 4 mins. We got out with 14 minutes remaining. We had 11 people. Some had done escape rooms before and some had not. It probably wasn't the best one we've done, but we appreciated the ingenuity of some of the puzzles and it was still a lot of fun. We used a groupon. What a great group activity!! I went with my son and then we were placed with another group of 4 so there was a total of 6 people. It was so nice to do something that required the use of our brains. When we were done my son (age 14) said, let's go again sometime for sure!! Air Conditioner works great and I was glad I brought a light jacket as it was nice and cool in there. I planned this as a part of a bachelor party, and I was going to use a groupon but they gave us a great deal so i didnt need it! They were really nice and easy to get a hold of. THey worked with us so that it could work with our plans. When we got there they were super friendly and chill. The puzzle itself was very challenging and very very fun we had like 11 people and we didnt win! haha ! It was way fun! we were really glad we went and at the reduced group price it was something i would not mind doing again. But i personally would not pay 20$ for it, maybe that cause thats alot of money for me right now but ya. We had a group of 9 people and escaped with about 9 minutes left. The puzzles were challenging but I expected some that required previous knowledge like math history sports etc I think the size of our group was good and would suggest at least 6 people

To be honest, I have not been to Eskaped yet, but I already had a fantastic experience with their customer service. I had a group of 6 going, it was a triple date, and we had a 6:00 time frame. Well, one of the people in our group had bronchitis and decided extremely last minute that he couldn't go. The group was panicked and confused about what to do and I finally decided just to text the owner. It was 5:15 and asked if there was any way we could reschedule, or if we would lose our groupon's if we had. He was AMAZING! He was like, sure that's no problem- when would you like to reschedule. I couldn't believe it. I could not be more impressed with the company's customer service. And we are still very excited to actually go to Eskaped! More...

What a fun place! We had a group of 12 and we escaped with just 41 seconds to go. Positives: We went as a family and had ages 12-65 and everyone was able to participate and help. The Hostess was great! She was enthusiastic and just enough help when we needed it. The puzzles were challenging and creative. Cons: That trailer was hot! They had two fans going, but that problem needs to be solved before the temps raise this summer. One of the locks malfunctioned and didn't open with the correct combo without some extra help, not knowing that we wasted 20+ mins on that. Overall a great activity!!! Thanks for a fun experience. I came with 5 of my siblings and we had such a blast! It was an adrenaline rush for sure, and we made it out with only a few minutes to spare. The clues were fun and challenging, but we worked together as a team and were able to solve all the problems. This was the first escape room I ever experienced and now I'm hooked. As an engineer I appreciated that the gadgets and puzzles were tricky and often ingenious.
