How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
For weight loss clients, I like to start by assessing their current fitness levels and exploring their goals. I help to reset those goals to something realistic and work to build a plan around reaching them. Clients will train with me two or three times a week in a resistance format, and I'll provide them with cardio workout plans to do on their own. We will combine this with nutritional guidelines to achieve short and long term goals.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
It depends on what your dream body looks like. The 'secret', if there is such a thing, is to have a goal, a plan to achieve it, and then executing that plan.
What do you love most about your job?
Helping people. Making people who are uncomfortable in a gym atmosphere become comfortable and take control of their results.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I think that some 'big box' gym training prices are too high, cutting this out of the equation makes things more affordable.
Why should our clients choose you?
Because I care more about their success than making money.
