Scott and his crew have been amazing! We had two plumbing emergencies in a week, one at our house and one at our rental property. He handled BOTH the same day and was extremely knowledgeable, one was even on a Sunday morning. We had to have a major pipe repaired and his team came out to fix it with total professionalism and finished it in half the time I thought it would take. Scott with Equisure Sewer is an effective, fast, and professional service provider. My drain was clogged over a weekend and he showed up quickly on Monday to fix the problem. I had used him before and the issue was covered under a previous warranty. He honored said warranty and fixed the problem rapidly with no issue. Josh is amazing! (They are just getting into HVAC). Our heater was acting up. It was 41 degrees in our house and we have a 5 month old and a 6 year old. Josh came out and had our heater fixed within an hour! My husband and I have been scared to have anyone come out because of how expensive we thought it would be. Josh charged us under 100 bucks. I called another plumber on Fri and made an appt. for the following Tuesday to come look at a drip in the basement. Â On Sat night, after returning from running errands for my recovering, home-bound brother, I heard what sounded like a waterfall downstairs after the upstairs toilet flushed. The upstairs toilet is the only one my brother can currently get to and it was plugged up. I spent my Sat evening with plungers and towels and thought it might work itself out by morning. Â No way... it was still totally plugged up in the a.m. so called plumber back asap in the a.m.The original plumber got right back to me but could not come out on a Sunday and when I explained my situation, he recommended Scott at Equisure.Scott had a full Sunday schedule but came right over, assessed the situation, let me know the estimated repair (time/cost) as well as gave some good advise about a longer-term fix for the main lines. My main line was terribly backed up into my 1890s home basement floor drain. My basement had flooded with sewage from decades of buildup. I called Scott and he was quick to respond. Scott had been able to not only drain the waste but also clear out the main line cleaner than it had been with any other companies service in past cases. He had a camera to show the line before and after he used the high pressure water jet and the comparison was night and day. Equisure Inspectors had my long term plumbing issues under control within hours and my system is running the best it ever has. There have been no problems since.
