Eric is an exceptional trainer. I’ve worked with him for almost 3 years. I appreciate his energy and his willingness to adapt sessions to my abilities, whether I’m looking to be challenged or if I’m having flares with joint pain/etc. Highly recommend!

I love this gym! My experience with both Kyle and Eric helped me truly learn what working out is all about and has helped me stay motivated/committed. They will push you through a variety of different workouts while ensuring the proper form. The culture of this gym is so welcoming! The people are some of the most genuine people I’ve ever worked out with. This gyms boot camp style workouts are offered Monday-Thursday at 5:30pm and Saturday at 8:30am. I highly recommend Kyle for personal training! He definitely challenges me, but not too much. I love that he keeps a close eye on my form so that I’m getting the most out of my workout and not doing anything to injure myself. To be honest, I was a little concerned with going to someone younger than I and super fit (I am 59 yrs old and out of shape!), but he is always kind, encouraging and doesn’t do any shaming, which makes me motivated to keep coming back! I also think he would be excellent with those who are younger, super strong or athletic. One other thing! In these days of covid, I feel very safe as there are always very few people there at one time and it is very well ventilated! More...

I have NEVER even thought of doing personal training in my life and at the ripe old age of 40 I decided it was time to get in better shape. I met Eric my trainer at a networking event and we got to talking about trying it out. He has a deal for your first 90 minutes and he figures out why your there and how he can help. It was a super cool experience and now after a month my dad noticed my face was thinner. Eric at Envision Fitness is fantastic to work with! I have worked with other personal trainers before but Eric and his gym stand out above the rest. He is an expert in his field, and makes sure to personalize your gym experience for what your goals are and what you are looking for in coming to the gym. So far so good. I've been looking for a place where it is evident the trainer has purposefully built the workout and I've found that here. Eric also takes time to watch each person and appropriately corrects form. Love that.

I would love a few more morning class options. A 9a or 10a would be awesome.

There is no secret! The body of your dreams lies within you if you are willing to do the work. The brain naturally likes to conserve energy and take the path of least resistance. That's why it's so hard to get started. But if you can overcome this inertia, you can do incredible things!

Helping people. There is nothing more satisfying than seeing the look on people's faces when they do something they never thought they could.

One of our clients is down over 30 in 6 months! She can do pushups, run, and climb stairs without being breathless. Incredible.

Another client who came in with shoulder, elbow, knee, and neck pain is now pain-free! He can golf again, run again, and he moves like a completely different person.

Starting Envision Fitness in 2017 at 25 years old was the best professional decision I ever made. I get to help people who genuinely need and want help without the slow drag of a corporate behemoth telling me how. I have been a personal trainer for over 12 years. Working with a personal trainer is an incredibly personal investment and commitment. In fact, I only select a handful of new people to work with because you have to work well as a team. I want to work with people who want to get better. If you want to put the work in and see incredible results, I will show you how.

Yes! We offer an online coaching program, similar to our personal training service.

For a while, we were wearing masks and only allowing 2 people in the gym at a time. However, we no longer have Covid-19 restrictions in place.

When you work with us, you work with a compassionate, empathetic coach in a small, private environment.

Our group fitness classes are small, boot-camp-styled workouts. We emphasize a combination of endurance, strength and mental toughness to help you get the most out of each workout.

This is amplified by our small class sizes of 2-10 people, and our ability to coach you on proper movements throughout our workouts.

Online Coaching is phenomenal for you if you prefer to do most of the work on your own time with a structured plan.

We tailor your workout program with an option also to customize your nutrition program. Our online clients see enormous success with our approach:

1. Weekly recap/planning meetings.
2. Biweekly body composition analysis to track your in-body progress.
3. Monthly coaching session to track physical progress and prepare for the next month.
