When I started working with Nicole in Feb. 2019, I knew something was wrong but I had no idea what it was or what to do about it. ( overweight,zero energy,drained, depressed, terrible sleep, digestion issues, not myself at all) I was headed for antidepressants and hormone therepy . Instead, Nicole did the investigation through in person consoltation as well as a thurough blood panel and pin-pointed what my body needed. My experience with Nicole has been great. After a sudden onset of respiratory/allergy symptoms, I saw a couple of specialists who prescribed medications and sent me on my way. I knew there was more going on but was having a hard time finding a professional who would listen. Nicole was really knowledgeable and was able to explain my blood work to me- she pointed out deficiencies that my doctor did not explain. After doing a stool test, looking at blood work, and going through my symptoms, we were able to figure out what was truly going on and treat the issue at the source. I am happy to report that I have been getting better. All of my symptoms are slowly but surely improving and I know it is because of the care that I have received at Enlightenment. Nichole has saved my life! In January I was diagnosed with Pr-Diabetics, and I was 280 lbs. With her help I'm no longer Pr-Diabetics, and I have lost over 45 lbs so far and still loosing. She taught me how to eat well and I have to say that I have never been hungry on her plan. I feel better physically and mentally than I did when I was 50 years old and I'm 70 years old now! Nichole customized your meals to get you to a healthy weight and teaches how to eat the right foods to stay healthy.
