Team EH.I’d like to take this moment to thank each of you. I can’t even begin to tell you how refreshing it is to know and trust that my site is in such great hands. I had always felt that there had to be someone who could interpret what I was trying to accomplish and implement my vision. After years of struggling with content curation, site mechanics, Adwords and analytics, I am so relieved to have found you. It had been a painstaking process that absorbed my time, was a complete distraction and utter frustration. I have to admit, in the beginning of our relationship, I was skeptical after years of consistent disappointment with other vendors. Though here I am, just a few short months later, and can’t even believe what you’ve been able to accomplish in such a short period of time. Simply remarkable.When my site crashed overnight, you were there at a moment’s notice to get it back online. When you caught a glimpse of my Adwords campaigns, you were there to completely change them such that they were methodical, logical and made sense. When I consistently struggled to create content, you were there to relieve me of this obligation and I am completely blown away at how quickly you’ve learned my industry such that the content is meaningful and relevant! When I send you a request on a Saturday to make some random change to my site, it’s completed then and not when you return to the office Monday morning. When you see opportunities for improvement, you make suggestions that enable me to plan and budget for my future.I think back to the days when as a hobbyist I managed these processes. I remember the stress along with the results. It is so nice and refreshing today, knowing what I know about the requirements for effective marketing, to have you in my corner. As Adjutant of American Legion Post 108 in Land O' Lakes I was tasked with getting several hundred special raffle tickets designed and printed quickly for a fund raising raffle for the Post. In search of a print shop that we had used in the past I found it no longer there. Nearby was a business named, Energyhill. I thought possibly that our old print shop had become Energyhill so I went into the door and was met by Dr Ryan Lowe. He introduced himself and he explained that they (Energyhill) did indeed do some printing but they really were into other things and printing was only a part of their operation. He was interested in my project and after some discussion he looked at the sample I had. He then called his Assistant, Gloria out and asked it she could redesign the sample for our use. All I really wanted was another Post's number changed to our 108. While she too said they would probably be able to do the redesign printing would be a problem as they just were to busy. We discussed the probability that Office Max would be able to do the printing on our time schedule if we had the design done. Dr. Ryan and Gloria told me that they would do the design "template" that would work and email it to me later that evening. They obviously worked overtime to help out a bunch of old Veterans and came up with the simple redesign requested and then went way beyond with a new and far better design that we will be more that proud to use. What a great service they provided us with only our grateful thanks for their efforts. Energyhill created a responsive, image and story driven website for our boarding and day school, Admiral Farragut Academy. Later in the project they starting using a ticket system for any help questions, and I've really appreciated that structured environment to ask questions and get answers quickly. Our website is performing with impressive CTR and conversions. We do not have a CRM and our admissions team has been able to use the Wordpress forms manager to manage leads. Energyhill also connected our news stories to Mailchimp rss feed emails to our parents, alumni, inquiries, etc. We are very happy with our new website and look forward to continuing to improve the user experience with Energyhill's knowledge.The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5, is because there were some miscommunications in the beginning of the project. Since the ticketing system was introduced it has solved that issue. I also had to take a very hands-on approach for the design, because at times our visions were not aligning. Working with Energyhill was like breaking open a piñata. So many delightful and unexpected surprises fell out of this engagement! But first and foremost, Energyhill took a very basic project assignment to make a video for my new company and they turned it into something truly special. Their imaginative approach to the project resulted in much more than just a video — it became the very foundation for my brand. Their expertise in starting with the absolute right questions really challenged and focused me strategically. And their attention to every detail in the final product was extraordinary. So they are both tactically and strategically excellent.The greatest surprise of all to come out of this engagement is the delight of working with the people. The warmth and passion of the team extended past the project at hand — and it was clear they cared about the ultimate success of my company. This is indeed a rare quality in today’s business world.
