This is the work of a lifetime we should have been taught in Med school. If you are even toying with the idea of signing up for coaching- just do it. What do you love most about your job?
Working with other women physicians to help them to live their best lives, stop delaying gratification indefinitely, start realizing that the culture of self-sacrifice is no longer serving us, and that we have the power to create lives more aligned with our dreams and goals.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I had an accident that allowed me time to slow down for a few months and listen to podcasts about coaching and the tools that this can offer to improve our lives. Once I was better and back to clinical practice I decided I wanted to make this meaningful work a part of my life. I trained to become a certified coach through The Life Coach School and am thrilled to be doing this. The feedback has been incredibly positive. Women are making real changes for the better.
Why should our clients choose you?
I don't know of anyone else who is offering what I offer to women physicians. Empowering them to "maintain the utmost respect for human life and its quality" as we pledged to do in the Hippocratic Oath. But, we often apply it only to our patients and not to ourselves. We must first care for ourselves so that we can care for others. I offer online one on one video coaching on issues specific to you and your life. I offer an amazing once in a lifetime retreat in Bora Bora for those who want to immerse themselves in this work.
