Sarah's attention to detail is second to none, yet she never loses site of the big picture in the process. My company was in need of a branding makeover. What do you love most about your job?
I love that every person I meet and work with is different yet struggle with the same challenges. The key focus in coaching all my clients is ensuring that they don't feel alone or that they are weird. We ALL have challenges and often times feel like we are unique or wonder why everyone else appears so normal. Well let me tell you, we aren't all perfect, regardless of what is on social media. We all have challenges on a daily basis yet try so hard to put on an appearance. I truly enjoy working with people to help them make the changes in their lives to be more self assured and confident.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I founded Empower Change NYC because I wanted to make a difference - It’s that simple. After spending nearly 20 years in as part of the financial services industry leading teams though multiple merger and acquisitions, I wanted to take a different twist on managing change. I wanted it to become more personal. Through my own journey, I have learned that everyone needs some type of support when going through a change – whether in be in their career, health, life or even as a small business. I have taken my passion and founded Empower Change NYC to do just that – I work with individuals as well as small businesses to help them through their most challenging times.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am different and unique than most others out there - I chose to leave a Wall Street career to work with others to help empower them through their biggest obstacles. To help support and guide through life's challenges and changes. Whether it be dealing with a career change, weight loss, stress management or whatever life has to offer, together, we develop and understanding of the WHY behind the desire to change then we chart out a plan to make lasting effective life changes.
