Thank you to Garrick and all the Team at Embassy Suites. Your staff and facilities were amazing and we all enjoyed our stay.

They went above and beyond for us and I'll forever be grateful and will definitely be coming back.

You feel the warm welcome as you check in. The passion guava served at the front desk hit the spot on a summer afternoon. Room was clean and amenities were sufficient . Advanced booking requests were provided. Cocktails and live music helped us unwind and set up a good evening mood.Complimentary red wine and chocolate macadamia nuts was a surprise. Breakfast has a lot to choose. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Our anniversary was celebrated with unforgettable memories. Definitely will recommend this hotel to friends. More...

The staff gave a 5 star welcome and even bumped is up to a nicer room. They say you always leave something behind when you want to come back. ..we left a bag on check out day. They were nice enough to take it up to the bell desk for us so we could swing by in the evening and grab it on the way to the airport. I always have awesome service at Hilton properties, but the team here stood out and really shined beyond the normal level of amazing service I've come to expect! More...

Had a wonderful week at the Embassy Suites in late September. Such friendly and helpful staff and a great location. The evening cocktail party and music by the pool was a great way to end each day. I want to say a very special thankyou to housekeeping and the team at the Embassy for arranging the return of my camera to Melbourne Australia when I left it behind in my room. Just brillant service. Just returned from 7 nights there. Best hotel! Everything was fantastic. The spacious and clean rooms, the daily managers reception and live music, pool, distance to the beach, delicious breakfast and the absolute friendliness of the staff. I felt like we were leaving friends after the week we were there. Would recommend it to anyone. More...

A good family holiday with young children because they include breakfast and cocktails for 2 hours plus snacks but the pool is too shallow for adults to swim

We're here on our second night and I can say the rooms are very clean and comfy well equipped ,
Friendly staff who are always happy to help it's very busy at breakfast but they leave info in your room on the best time to go and how busy it is at certain times so you can avoid the rush if you want to but it is the early birds that will do that I would definitely recommend this hotel

Checkin experience was quick and easy. Friendly staff from the Reception Desk to the Cleaners everybody has a smile. Rooms are very spacious and well maintained. Overall a very pleasant stay and soooooooo close to the beach. Everything you require is across the road at the ABC shop so no stress if you forget anything. Great views from our balcony. Only constructive criticism is that during peak times the lifts struggle to move people.
Overall excellent stay and very friendly people. Oh I forgot the happy hours they were great.

I’m very happy with my decision to book this place. Location is everything in Waikiki and this place is in the heart of it. The shops and streets surrounding the building create a fabulous atmosphere. The staff are friendly and the hotels are CLEAN. We booked a two bedroom suite and it is very spacious. Probably the most spacious 2-br suite we’ve stayed in ever. Full large bathrooms in both bedroom with a separate common area. Great for early risers. The beds are comfortable! Large working TVs in each bedroom and common area. We love the free made to order breakfast as it saves our larger family lots of money and it’s good for everyone. Bacon, sausage, cereal bar, custom order omelettes, pancakes, eggs, hash browns, are just a few of the endless options. Plus all the juice, tea, coffee, flavoured water that you could want. The only downside to the hotel has been the expensive valet parking so we only rented a car for half the time. Valet parking is pretty much the only option at all the hotels in Waikiki so you’re not going to find free non-parking somewhere else easily. Street parking is pretty much non-existent. The walk to the beach is just a couple minutes away. More...

In terms of all the Embassy Suites, I have visited, this one ranks very well. I was initially taken aback because my room on the 18th floor was situated adjacent to the elevator. Having been in other hotels in a similar situation, I was hesitant about this development. My fear was not substantiated. I hear absolutely no noise, and the benefit is that I am right next to the elevator. My room, although a block from the ocean has decent ocean views, being situated one hotel over from Fort DeRussy park, allows a view otherwise not afforded. Although I have no children, the hotel is child-friendly and the pool is shallow enough for children and adults alike. The complimentary breakfast is not the Ritz-Carlton, but very decent and has a variety of food and a made to order omlet bar. Parking is $38 a night, which is reasonable but other transportation is widely available. The hotel is between Lewars and Beach walk streets, and many shops and restaurants are very nearby. You may recognize the scenery since the recent godzilla movie was filmed on the street outside the hotel. Hawaii is a magic place, and I have lived here for six years. It might tell you something that with the variety of hotels available, I chose this one. The only reason I am giving it four stars is because it doesn't pretend to be a five star hotel. It is just nice, clean and comfortable. More...

I love coming here we are always welcomed with open arms, hugs handshakes and lots of outpouring love. The staff in the dining area always take the time to ask how are we doing so far on our island vacation giving us tips for the unusual spots around here that are not toured. And then you guy's have the best bartender all throughout the island's in Ke'Ola damn he's great, all of you deserve raises but being on SSI I can't do that so I thank you ahead of time since I have 1 week left. Love my ohana here which is you guy's, God bless you all! More...

We just got back from a 7 night stay at Waikiki Embassy Suites and absolutely loved it! Great location, clean (they're very big on cleanliness at this hotel! ) and beautiful service, especially from the breakfast staff and the ladies that serviced our room daily.
The daily buffet breakfast takes the stress out of finding somewhere to eat every morning and the manager's reception at night keeps the kids and adults entertained - they know what people want!
I'm so happy with our decision to stay here, thanks for looking after us and we'll definitely be back when we next visit Hawaii.

Everything about Embassy Suites Waikiki Beach Walk was amazing! Since our vacation last year we haven't gotten over how beautiful our experience was! The suite was large with two balconies, the staff we're super attentive and full of aloha, and the location was excellent! Not to mention the buffet was superb and the bartender by the pool was my favorite part of my vacation! I do not like to visit one place twice, but I fell in love with this hotel and the amenities... We will be back soon! More...
