Personal Training
A lot of my clients love to learn how to box (i.e. hitting the bag, mitts, boxing drills) as a cardio and strengthening workout and are impressed with the results. Fitness boxing is an incredible full-body workout that tones and transforms.

I have been training with Katie for 2 years now and she has helped me achieve goals I never thought imaginable. She pushed me to lose 8% body fat and improve my boxing technique, which brought me to the USIBA Collegiate National Boxing Championship last year. The best thing about Katie's training style is her burning passion for what she does, she is different from any other trainer because she lives and breathes this sport. Went for the first time tonight and had such a great time. VERY hard workout but super fun and time goes by fast. Everyone was so welcoming and great, can’t wait to go back!

I really love seeing people get excited when their bodies start to change. When I have been working with a client for a couple months I get to see the change and progress, not just in their body but also their confidence and demeanor. I think it's really cool to see someone's hard work pay off and get that satisfaction that they always dreamed of.

I invest much more time and interest into each one of my clients than many traditional trainers that just want to 'get the job done'. I provide a nutrition plan and workout plans for days we do not work together for every single client. All of my plans are individualized, I do not have a 'standard' workout for every client. I realize everyone is different, has different needs, goals and preferences. I love seeing clients achieve their goals and ultimately become happier, healthier, more fulfilled people.
