How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
The first thing I do always is assessment. No two clients are the same nor should they be treated that way. Having a clinical background in physical therapy has allowed me to assess thousands of people. Much like physical therapy, personal training follows a similar train of thinking and assessment. I want to know your goals, how you want to get there and how we can work together to be successful.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Learning. Number 1, understanding your body, why we train the way we do and how to sustain lasting success.
2, compete with yourself. Don't compare yourself to others. Consistently improve yourself. Each person has his or her own process.
What do you love most about your job?
I coach and train clients because I enjoy watching people become successful. I love working with motivated individuals.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I like to imprint my own vision into my programs. I enjoy collaborating with clients to achieve their goals.

Knowledge. I specialize in functional movement assessment and each persons capacity for exercise. Whether you are performing body weight exercises or loading the bar to develop muscle mass, I will make sure you do it the right way. Rule number 1, never load weight onto dysfunctional movement patterns. Learn the right way to perform an exercise and you'll be amazed at how strong you can be.
