I’ve been going to Elite since August 2017. I love the community & support Michelle & Jason provide to their clients! I wouldn’t go anywhere else to help achieve my goals!

My workouts are always different, I don’t even feel like I’m working out. Before I know it my hour is over! Jason makes it interesting and fun, not to mention he’s super positive! I love the privacy of Elite. They also can help you with diet and nutrition. Very personalized private gym. I have become strong inside and out with my personal training sessions. I have been going to Elite Fitness for 2.5 years. Doing personal training with Jason Brown. It helped me get muscle tone, and become leaner. Amazing place! The gym is very clean, organized, and well-managed. Jason and Michelle are both super helpful, supportive, and personable. I’ve been working with Michelle for the past 10 months and have achieved incredible results! I’m down 20 pounds, 12% body fat, and am stronger than I’ve ever been. I have been working with Elite Fitness for a little over a year now and the only thing that I can say is that it is by far one of the best places I have ever been to . Prior to joining what I would consider to be "the family" that is Elite Fitness, I was intimidated by weights and stuck to cardio only. Once I started here, I gained that courage to start lifting and I haven't looked back since. Both Jason and Michelle give you everything they have and will always be there to encourage you, redirect you when you start going the wrong way, and push you to be the best that you can be. I have worked with Michelle and Jason from Elite fitness on two separate occasions, and both experiences have been great!My first time working with Michelle and Jason was a little over two year ago, prepping to take the stage in a fitness/bikini competition . Michelle provided a nutrition plan that was easy to follow and she made adjustments as needed. She also provided some basic education of different foods when we first started meeting. Jason and Michelle both trained me 3 days a week for 4 months and by the time show day came i had dropped over 15% body Fat, lost over 15 lbs and gained lean muscle... and Michelle and Jason were there to cheer me on, as they had through the whole prep!Over the course of the last couple years my goals have changed, i no longer wanted to train to compete in competitions but i still want to live a healthy lifestyle so once again i turned to Elite fitness to help me get on a sustainable track. I needed to get my nutrition back on track and get back to a routine that i could maintain so we agreed to do an 8 week transformation with Michelle providing a nutrition program and training me 3 days a week and providing a cardio plan as well. In the first month we cut my body fat by almost 5% while maintaining muscle. We have a couple weeks to go but already my expectations have been met.I highly recommend working with Michelle and Jason if you're looking to make changes in your nutrition and fitness, they are both great at what they do and they truly care about you and helping you reach your goals. Michelle Berry and Elite Fitness Review By Trena Mathis 11/5/18I have been working with Michelle Berry since November of 2010. When I started I was concerned about my health and weight after being diagnosed as slightly obese. I was also concerned about a rare condition I have that I thought made it hard to lose weight when I began. She took a genuine and sincere interest in me. She developed a specific plan for me to begin my fitness journey and has adjusted it as needed over the years. After the first year, I hit a plateau with the weight loss and couldn’t seem to get past it. Michelle suggested I change my eating habits and came up with a diet plan to accompany my physical training. Now, nutrition, exercise, strength training and balance are a regular part of my daily life and each of my workout sessions. At least once per week we review my diet habits, and measure and weigh in as necessary. Michelle knows we are all a work in progress and that life happens. I had originally lost 35 pounds but have had some setbacks. The Fall & Winter of 2017/18 was extremely challenging for me as I struggled with depression and anxiety. I felt fat, ugly and no matter what I did I felt I’d never reach my goals! I began skipping my workouts or making excuses for why I couldn’t do this or that. Michelle knew something was wrong but never made me feel bad about it. I had managed to keep around 20 pounds off but could never reach my goal. By skipping sessions I was sabotaging myself and the spiraling down. Through all of this Michelle continued to be supportive. She never gave up on me and always has a suggestion or is willing to talk about pitfalls and how to avoid them. Michelle tried new approaches, things to work on at home, both physically and to help my mental state. With Michelle’s expertise and encouragement I was able to get the help I needed. I began to break through and started crushing my goals and am now setting new ones. Not only is my weight down, but’s age 55 I am stronger and healthier than I have ever been. She is motivating, encouraging, organized, and flexible. She always holds me accountable. She continually develops an overall realistic but challenging plan that is suited for my goals and current condition.In addition to seeing Michelle twice per week for personal training, I am a regular member of her small group fitness class that meets once per week for circuit-type workout. This is just a super fun way to get that 3rd workout in & stay in shape with a slight competitive edge. She takes into consideration each of our strengths and abilities and has variations or each thing we do, again, holding us all accountable and encouraging us the whole time!I am certainly glad that fate stepped in an introduced me to Michelle. She is truly a driving force in my overall health, nutrition and fitness. I am really not sure where I would be without her help! I have been one of Michelle's clients for about 7 years doing both individual and small group training. I currently train with her 1-on-1 twice a week and am also part of a very fun small group once a week. Michelle is very good at assessing a person's current fitness level, goals, and motivation level and creates plans tailor-made for her clients. She is very adept at motivating me and knows just how hard to push without being too over the top. I went from doing squats with only body weight to doing them with a 75 lb. barbell on my shoulders and am stronger than I've ever been! She is extremely knowledgeable, not to mention has a great personality, which makes working out fun... especially when you see results. Since she is also a nutrition coach, she offers helpful advice in that department as well. I HIGHLY recommend Michelle! More...

I have been working with Michelle for about two and a half years now. I started seeing her after i received a diabetes diagnois. My doctor felt that I could control it with diet and exercise so I approached Michelle for help. We started off just meeting about nutrition but as time went on I felt I also needed to get in better shape so we started training as well. As of my latest doctor visit, I am no longer diabetic or even pre-diabetic. My A1C numbers are down to normal and though I don't check my blood sugar every day, when I do check it is usually in the normal range as well. Michelle has been instrumental in helping me get to where I am today. I've lost around 35 pounds and I'm in the best shape of my life. This past winter I did most of the shoveling at out house. During that last 12 inch snow storm my 30 year old daughter was helping me and remarked at how I was doing most of the work and I was outdoing her. Michelle and Jason are nothing but encouraging. Michelle knows when to push me and when I'm at my limit. She is supportive of my goals and wants to help me meet those goals. She also holds me accountable. More...
