This company was great from the start. Friendly and quick responses. Terry was our DJ, and everyone loved him! He was so accommodating to some last minute additions/changes, and kept the dance floor busy all night. He checked in with us and was so easy going. Love the props! I would recommend Electric Blue Entertainment for ANYONE getting married if you want a DJ who is going to keep your crowd entertained, engaged, and excited to get out on the dance floor all night.
I am 100% impressed with how professional and amazing our DJ Kevin was for our wedding on July 23, 2016 in Sycamore. We ended up having to change plans last minute because of the weather and Kevin was so accomodating of wokring with us so our ceremony and reception music was still going to happen like we had planned. He didn't even make us feel like it was an issue... he was actually more concerned for us and made sure we were ok with everything for our day!
Kevin was out on the dance floor WITH THE CROWD all night. I got so many compliments all night about how great he was. He was also so wonderful of keeping Kyle and I posted about scheduled events for the evening, but was never a bother. He was so flexible and willing to even go off schedule based on how the evening was going.
I am so impressed and am so happy my friend Beth recommended this DJ service to me because I have already been spreading the word for other brides to utilize this company. Andy... you run a wonderful business and Kyle and I are so glad you were part of our special day! Thank you again! :)

Our DJ, Matt, was outstanding. He had people dancing all night. His energy level was always a 10. Songs were great. His little skits were hilarious and entertaining. Loved the glow sticks and props. The DJs from Electric Blue Entertainment are amazing! (Shout out to Eric)! They are professional, fun, and know how to keep the party going all night long! I had a packed dance floor until the very end of the reception. They came with a TON of props and glow sticks. I highly recommend the package with the Blues Brothers dance. My husband and I surprised our guests with it during dinner and they LOVED it! It was a great way to break the ice and get people out of their seats and onto the dance floor. I received so many compliments from my guests on how great the DJs and the music were. Everyone told me that these were the best wedding DJs they had ever heard. Where do I even begin I would HIGHLY recommend Electric Blue Entertainment to anyone looking for a DJ for their next event but especially their wedding! !! My husband and I were married on November 8th and we were so lucky to have Kevin & Matt from Electric Blue Entertainment as our DJs - they were fantastic!!!! They kept our dance floor full the entire night and even when there were a few "lulls," they would be in the middle of the dance floor getting people to move. They were also the nicest guys to work with and had such great personalities. My husband and I never saw them live so we took a huge gamble when we booked them for such an important day, but it was the greatest and most successful gamble we took that day!!! We are still being told how wonderful they were and how much fun they had thanks to Kevin and Matt! We were even told that whatever we paid for them was definitely not enough because they were so great! Had Ben as our DJ and it was amazing. We just picked out a few songs (first dance, father/daughter, cake cutting) and he took care of the rest. He was funny and knew how to read a crowd. What’s the secret to keeping a party dancing all night long?
I would not call it a secret, but a skill that is developed combined with a sensitivity to what a group wants to do. Being willing to end a song 45 seconds in if it is not helping to keep the floor going always has to be an option as well.
How would you describe your ‘style’?
We don't have a style, DJing looks like a performance job, but needs to be seen as one of service. We don't bring our tastes and preferences to work, or it would effect our ability to do our job well. Our focus is on doing all we can to create an environment where people have fun and make memories.
What do you love most about your job?
Reading reviews from our clients is probably one of our favorite things to do outside of knowing at the end of the night everyone has made great memories together and we got to be a part of it .
