Order from Eleanor's if you want to make someone cry. Flowers for a memorial service were ordered online a day prior, confirmed by phone and in writing. Multiple assurances and one memorial service later, they remained undelivered. Literally made my ex cry. At least her Mom's not around to see the pathetic arrangement that eventually showed up (only after multiple calls). If I screwed something up this much, I like to think that I'd try to make up for it--Eleanor's does not share that philosophy. I should send Elanor my divorce attorney's bill. More...

Was en route to my destination in Queens, and couldn’t find any florist nearby. Some showed up on Google and we’re either shutdown/didn’t have working phone number. Eleanor’s saved me, and arranged me two beautiful bouquets. They made sure to make them looking a little different, and even added a small birthday card for me to hand write , (the size of a business card for those wondering which was given for free / which was perfect because thought I needed to head to CVS after/l) Has a nice set up with fresh flowers, my girl loved them and so did her mother. I have to give 5 stars. Excellent work. We ordered our bouquet and boutonnieres, and corsages for our wedding. We were hesitant at first, because the bouquet we found online that we liked looked complicated to make, but they replicated it beautifully. Germel was communicative and responsive. Unfortunately, I have to leave (1) star. If I could, I wouldn't leave any stars for the unprofessionalism, lack of communication and false advertisement on their website. I placed an order on their website for same day delivery well before their cut-off time, and the flowers were never delivered. I called and left a voicemail and sent several emails. The "manager" finally responded to my email and advised my flowers would be delivered the next day - and still nothing. It is now going on two days, with no communication, updates, an apology - or most importantly, the flowers for a special moment was not fulfilled. This was my first and last time placing an order with this company and I'd advise you to perhaps purchase somewhere else and save yourself a headache trying to chase down people for a service they promise to provide. OMG! I purchased two Funeral arrangements from Elinor’s Florist, one was an arrangement of letter flowers that spelled MOM, the other was a Half Casket Spray in Red & White, the flowers were absolutely gorgeous, I was so excited and over joyed at how awesome the flowers looked. The gentleman that helped me (Germel) was extremely professional, kind and very knowledgeable about the different arrangements. When you are ordering flowers for a funeral or wedding you want them to be the absolute best and sometimes you become a little nervous because you are not sure they are going to look good or even arrive in time. While we are on the subject of arriving on time, let me tell you, not only did they arrive early, they were beautiful and in perfect condition when they arrived at the Funeral Home.
